[Resolved]  Tata-Aig — False insurance on flight

Insurance claim number-450426, Policy # HA092024
I have submitted all document on 23rd march 2011 against my 24hours flight delay
on 17th February 2011 above mention claim number and policy number.I have submitted
a mail getting from TATA-AIG.

Tata-Aig — Car policy 0150747081 no clarity before purchasing TATA-AIG had given lot of benefits

Dear Sir,

Ref: My car policy issue. ( TATA-AIG P.No.[protected] )

I have renewal my TATA-AIG insurance policy on 19.OCT.2010 for my car, received new policy no. is [protected].

Before renewal on 01.OCT.2010 we have received phone call from TATA-AIG Ambika Mam , regarding to the reneval of TATA-AIG Car policy.

She has explained me GOLD Policy benefit and finally i have agreed for purchased. But i told her all commitments; i have written and save in my PC. Just for clarity.

But during claim ( 04.JA.2011 )of my car, it is observed that my Car policy ( [protected] ) is not a gold policy. Because as per

documents policy do not have any policy name.

Regarding to the policy and its benefits, from 04.JAN.2011i have continuous in touch with TATA-AIG customer care but till date we are nor received positive response from TATA-AIG. same answer we have received from them.

TATA-AIG investigation is going on, we will contact after 2 days.

Sir please guide me.
