Tata AIG General Insurance Co. Ltd. — Cancellation of Vehicle Insurance

Vehicle Insurance Policy No. - [protected] with Tata AIG General Insurance Co. Ltd.
Vehicle Model - Maruti Suzuki-Wagon R
Registration No. - MH12 CY 2686

I had paid amount Rs. 4,735=00 for my car insurance to Tata AIG by cheque no. 47340 o[censored]nion Bank Of India dated 04/10/08. After more than 06 months, in April '09, I received a letter from Tata AIG General Insurance Co. Ltd. that my car policy is cancelled on account of the cheque issued to them being dishonoured. Cheque was dishonoured because it was deposited after expiry by Tata AIG. In such case what is my fault. Now other insurance companies are not ready to give me benefit of no claim bonus and demanding more premium. I am going through disturbed state of mind and is alwayas under pressure of fear of acident while driving. Request you to give me justice in this matter.

Thanking You,
