What a service?????? No concern for customers. None of you is bothered to inform what’s is going on??? It’s not at all expected from an organization like TATA and a gentleman like Ratan Tata. A consumer is getting harassed and penalized for telling the truth and not following the wrong practice of your surveyor, Mr.Arvind ([protected]). Everything informed to Mr.Partho ([protected]) who generally calls from Jamshedpur whenever I mail you people and he assures me that he’ll get back within a day or two and in this way week passes. And I am sure, after this mail also he will call me and as usual said above, repetition will follow. I think your company respects and regards a truthful customer, but the gesture, behavior and the signal I got, simply suggests me that I should have got my job done through illegal and wrong practice means. Request you to get somebody senior person of your organization to talk to me. Every time when I am enquiring about the same, I get a assurance that within a day or two I will get the approval so that I can go ahead with the repair work of my car. I never expected that an esteemed organization like TATA will give such a pathetic service to its consumers. My insurance is also getting expired on 31st of March’10. Please see that it should not become an issue after the said date. Please look into the matter as that this type of delay and service is not expected from such a esteemed organization and a repute brand.
