[Resolved]  Tata AIG Insurance — excess charges

I have taken TaTa AIG general Insurance policy no.HCP[protected] on 23 sep.2008 & changed to other policy no. CCP[protected] on 2 march, 2009 & their representative told me that i have to pay monthly skim with already included service tax & no other charges to pay. Unfourtunately when i received Bank statement, in detail servicetax & Finance charges included . And on 1 march, 2009 ther reprsentative told me that they will refund first policys till today whatever You paid. But till today i dont get refund order & also included in new statement dt16 march 09 to 15 apr 2009. Kindly do the needful & regardes. thanking you. My HSBC Primary Card No.[protected].
