[Resolved]  Tata AIG Insurance — False Statement from Insurance Company and not giving me Claim

I have put this complain to TATA Aig and waiting for their response. I am copying issue and complain below, which I have written to TATA AIG.



Dear Concerned,

It seems that I have made a blunder mistake after purchasing a Motor Policy from your company. Your service is one of worst service, I have received from any kind of service provider. I have a car Policy[protected] on my Car UK 04 G 4003 (Harjeet Kaur C/0 Abhishek Kumar).

I had raised a claim no.[protected] on 25th May 2011. Surveyer has done verification and my car is in Garage and under process.

He told me that I need to pay depreciation charge on whatever amount would be charged by Car reapiring vendor. At the time of purchasing this policy I have been clearly told there would not be any Depreciation while making any claim untill your car is more then 3 years old. This is a dd On policy where I have paid around Rs 800 more for this on this policy.

Now, why do I need to pay for depreciation. I have spoken with your customer service executive Rachna Shah and put a complain[protected] for same. Your customer service executive do not know anything, and how to treat customer. They are worst too and answerless for any query.

I need a clarification that while selling this policy by your employee, why a false statement has been given and committed to me. Also let me know any legal escalation points, where I can raise this request and speak with your higher authority, as your customer representative is unknown about every process (e.g Zonal Manager, Complain Manager)

This is unacceptable, as this is likely to be making a fool to a customer. Your ealry reply is much appreciated.
