of FIrst Rate- worst service

I doubt Ratan Tata's credentials now. For 2 and half years now, they are constantly refusing to accept my premiums because I missed one in the beginning. Their unwillingness and unreasonableness is unbelievable to say the least. They insist on paying all five premiums together which is impossible now and was so earlier. I could have somehow paid 2 at a time earlier and now I am ready to pay all five in a space of 20 days but the MILF...

Policy renewal is yet to be sent.

I got a call from customer executive Divya from Tata AIG, she offered me for renewal of my car's insurance policy from TATA AIG, as per the conversion i have renewed my car's through Tata AIG executive Mr. Kailash. I have provided the Policy renewal cheque to the executive and the required documents on[protected] and was ensured that my policy will get renewed and will be dispatched to me prior to my expiry of my existing policy....

I have renewed my I10 car insurence with TATA AIG in Aug 2010, still I have not get any master copy of that policy and I am now running on Feb 2011.

There is no customer support and when I am trying to call toll free no. which is posted on site, it is saying not working. This is really ridiculous.

I FEEL VERY BAD FOR CHOOSEN THIS KIND OF WORST INSURENCE PROVIDER....

Never go for to TATA AIG car insurance!!!

I have TATA AIG car policy#[protected], I am cursing myself that why I have moved from Bajaj Allianz to TATA AIG. At the time of contract their marketing guys promised a lot about hassle free claim, green channel etc but reality face have seen when claim first time again claim#[protected].

wrong policy delivered

I have taken a policy from TATA AIG which covers the depreciation as well. The premium I paid was Rs. 6299 otherwise the premium w/o depreciation cover would have been about Rs. 4700.
