This is regarding the policy ITIG[protected] and SMBTM[protected] which i had bought on 5th and 6th October 2010. During the process where i was asked for my credit card details and i was also assured to that i will be sent the detailed policy documents within 7 working days and will be given 45 days of time to decide on whether to go with the policy's. But since then i have never received the policy documents and they have called me more then 30 times in these many days and only suggested me for different policy and confirmed for my address. every time i ask them for the documents they say its delivered and ask for my address again and again. And even when i write a mail to the support team they reply me back with the policy paid bill and no policy documents. And recently i even ask them for the cancellation three times and they have promised to send me the documents but they never did so. Can i Please get some help here in discontinuing the policys Please i am tired of their calls with suggestions and stopped recievning their calls Please i do need some help here and also they r deducting emi amount from my CC which is the part of the policy payment and they have been doing this when i have not given confirmation to go with these 2 policys.
