[Resolved]  Tata AIG Insurance — NON RECEIPT OF POLICY

I have paid Insurance premium for my vehicle no UP-32 DS 4362 ( I -10) in the name of VINOD KUMAR GUPTA and for vehicle no UP-AV-9633 ( I-20) in the name of PRIYANKA JAIN on[protected] vide cheque no 704029 dt[protected] & 148389 dt[protected] for Rs 7000/-& 5300/- repectively drawn on SBI Ashok Marg Lucknow .Both the cheques have been cleared but I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY POLICIES. KINDLY ARRANGE TO SEND OUR POLICYS URGENTLY.
