Tata Aig — not giving proper response for life policy

sir ,
i took pol noc[protected] and pol no-c[protected] from tata aig agent. iused to pay the i used to pay primum on time but the agent has not paid it on time. when ever i came to jamshedpur i asked the office about the policies but now office people are not giving information and are saying that i will not get a single rupee for my policies, what to do now?
