I Ramesh H.Pawar having Maha Life Gold policy bearing No.C23351863 dtd.9-9-2010 which was received on[protected] for which have paid the premium of Rs.5000/- where as the receipt is only Rs.4954/- and also in the Policy records so many wrong information was filled by Broker i.e. INDIA INFOLINE INSURANCE BROKERS LTD. BELGAUM. Hence had applied for cancellation of Policy within 15 days from the date of receipt of policy i.e. on[protected] and petition send to the company Customer Service Centre at Malad(e) Mumbai with a copy to Broker. Further again I have given One peititon to Broker on [protected] and finally I have submitted One more peitition to Company Customer Service Centre at Malad(e) Mumbai on[protected] with a copy to Bangalore Customer Service centre and Insurance Ombudsman Hyderabad. But till today nobody responded to my petition. Therefore, the Broker has cheated me and hence take action against him and arrange to cancell my policy contract which was applied within 15days from the date of receipt.
