[Resolved]  Tata AIG Motor Car Insurance Policy — NEGLIGENCE AND DEFICIENCY IN SERVICES

ACCIDENT INSURANCE CLAIM NOT YET SETTLED THREE MONTHS ARE OVER TODAY, REIMBERSEMENT NOT YET DONE, SEVERAL REPRESENTATIONS ARE SENT AND GRIEVANCES ARE RAISED IN IT, BUT THEY HAVE NO COURTESY TO ACKNOWLEDGE, NOR TO REPLY TO MY GRIEVANCES, MY POSITION IS NOT CLEARED TILL TODAY. MY GRIEVANCES REMAIN THE SAME AND I HAVE VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. THEY HAVE NOT TAKEN ANY REMEDIAL STEPS TO REDRESS MY GRIEVANCES AND MY COMPLAINTS. I REQUEST THEM TO TAKE PROMPT ACTION AND GRANT ME DUE AND FAIR JUSTICE AND NOT JEOPARDISE THEIR NAME BY INDULGING IN UNFAIR TRADE /. MAL PRACTICES.
