I had given Rs.56/- with documents for above vehicle to Miss.Shweta at your Shriram-Shyam Tower, Nagpur for change the insurance in my name, I also come with above vehicle for inspection if there were some need or may be some formalities.
I have not got any receipt for the same and given assurance that one of your officer will come and do the formalities and give you the transferred policy
