I purchased this motor policy sometime in June. Policy No:[protected]. When i am going for a claim they mentioned that my policy is not generated in the system. After logging a request and following up for 3 months still sometime they say its generated but not available and so on. I received the hardcopy but somehow in their system policy is not showing. i called up on Friday and they mentioned by monday it will done. I again call on this thursday and still the status is same there is no progress and every time i get same response. we are forwarding it to our next department :).
Its just horrible system and horrible support.
