[Resolved]  Tata DoCoMo Broadband — Internet not working

Hi,
I have a Tata Docomo broadband connection in Hyderabad (Rs 999, 1 mbps, 30 gb download limit).
I am facing a lot of problems with the connection. First, the speed of internet is usually much slower than the 1 mbps promised by the company.
But the major problem is that the internet doesn't work very often. Almost every week I face problems with the connection, and the customer care service of Tata Docomo here is pathetically inefficient. One hopes to get very good service from a respected brand like Tata but sadly in this case I feel let down.
I request the Tata Docomo management to please get in touch with me and see to it that the problem is fixed permanently.

Tata Broadband — BroadBand Never Works

Hi,


I have a prepaid account for TATA Indicom Broadband, user ID: ****************

Yesterday I noticed that the broadband cable which comes to my residence from the neighboring building has been broken down.

I have reported this issue to your customer care center as well; however the engineer is asking me to pay a heavy amount for replacing or joining the cable back.



I fail to understand that why would I need to incur this loss for no fault of mine, however while the laying the cable for the new connection it was brought to the notice of the engineer that this type of connection may be manhandled or even be damaged due to gusty winds or rains, but the engineer assured me that such issues would be taken care promptly.



Can you please explain me as why should I be paying an amount for the replacement of cable for which the damage has been done in the neighboring building and not in my premises.

Its been 3 Weeks now, still the connection is down

Subjective: Complaint for validity extension for date Aug 26, 2008 and September 16, 2008

I have a broadband connection from Tata of plan 256 kbps unlimited. I lost my connection on August 26, 2008 for the period of 3 days and again on September 16, 2008 for the period of 2 to 3 days. I made a complaint for the validity extension in the customer care center the same they are not attending my complaint. I call up many time but only one answer that they give is "they have forwarded my complaint to the concern department" but nothing happens.

My complaint for validity extension # is 7105592 for dated August and September.

Looking forward to get it solved.

Tata Broadband — TATA Broadband Not Working Properly

The above mentioned website is not working properly on TATA Broadband Internet, but the website is working properly on other internet provider like Reliance, you telecom, etc.

Tata Broadband Internet — Billing issue

I have a billing issue with Tata broadband and have proof that their system of calculating space usage is 100% inaccurate. I have proof that an active internet connection is showing web usage.

I have a written confirmation from a Tata employee confirming this. No one from TATA even care to investigate the issue.

Hopefully TATA guys are reading this complain and will revert back.

Hi,

Tata docomo has been providing extremely poor service from a very long time. I have been facing the same issue ever since I have taken the connention. Their representatives do call me 100 times a day for new connections or billing details but nobody ever responds to service complaints. Its not just me but my friends also face the same issue.
Every time they resolve the issue it is again retained in two days. I assume I am alienated to remotely away from their elite service.

This kind of service from such a reputed company has displeased me and I would never recommend anyone to take this connection.
