[Resolved]  Tata Communications - Broadband — Complaint No.9321992 dated.30/03/09

Dear Sir,

Pl refer below mail trail. We are facing disconnection problem since 30/03/09 which is yet not resolved and no one from the below authorities have bothered to reply. Your engineer on deputation (details given below) wants us to beg for services by calling him repeatedly to take his suitable time by sacrificing our office / personal priorities. This is ridicules on the service part and we feel that we have a point to raise any doubt about his intention.

Further, we surprised to find today (10/04/09) from your customer care no.66110121, that the nature of complaint noted itself is wrong i.e. “Shifting of connection” instead of “Link problem”.

With reference to below mail, pl note that that problem is yet not resolved. I have received confirmation call from[protected] on 08/04/09 12:36 PM, that the problem is resolved, however the same is still exist and already communicated through SMS to Mr. Raju (Mob No.[protected]) on 08/04/09 21.55 PM and also informed on telephone on 09/04/09 (Today) 9.30 AM.

Ensure your person should attend immediately today at our suitable time and resolve the problem permanently.

Pl confirm, if further escalation is required to have proper response in this regard.

Dear Sir,

With reference to complaint no.9321992 dtd.30/03/09 which is yet not resolved, I am daily follow up with your customer care no.66110121 and not got any satisfactory answer. Today when I called on another no. i.e.60607070, I came to know that the entire team is working on ”Shifting of connection” instead of my clear complaint of “unable to get link” which is really ridicules. You person Mr. Mayuresh ([protected]) already visited my old address on 31/03/09 3.45 PM and left pre-printed card named “We didn’t” find you Home”. On contacting him, he has advised to make one more complaint to your customer care, which customer care has denied to accept without closing earlier open complaint from your end. You have already charged me for relocation one year back.

Further, I sincerely request you to reinstate my connection with immediately effect and allow me the credit from 24/03/09 (date of disconnection / unable to get link) or REFUND my entire amount. Pl check my list of complaints till date and time taken from your end to resolve for which I have not received any credit. Now I am Fred up with such service and response from your end.

Hope you can understand the severity.

sir

we are using tata brad band connection since one year. near 3 months onwards we getting so much disconnection problem ( every day minumam 30 minuts net is disconnecting) "every day i am giving complant but they are saying tommarow onwars problum will not continue, but the problum is same


plase kindly do the problum solution
