This company has no 'customer service' in its dictionary. The service was not on for a very long time and all our calls to them went unreturned. They just don't care for customers once they have them on board. We have not had internet on for about 3 weeks now and no one has cared to check. They installed a wiimax dish in a common building and are holding us responsible for the stolen dish. After repeated phone calls, someone from the company said unless we paid for the stolen dish they will not give the connection. Why are we responsible for a dish stolen from a building where there are other companies? Why did they not insure the dish? For all I know, I think Tata Communications themselves have stolen this since it is useful only to them.
Moreover our call about internet not working has been successfully resolved with service no. 14857658. It is still not working. When they say they have resolved this, how can they ask us for the dish charge.
Not sure how many customers they cheat like this. Worst provider - wont go to them even if they provide services free of cost. Was this information helpful? |
Tata Communications — Broadband Connection not started in spite of paying Advance Rent !
Taken money by claiming feasibility and then not able to activate my broadband connection from last month. nor taking their router and giving me refund from last one month. Completely harassed and torture. Don't know where should I complain for all these
