[Resolved] Tata Communications Internet Services Limited — Refund of Money not received | |||
Hi, I am a user of Tata Communication's (TCISL) Broadband Service for 5 years+ now. Recently, In June 12 i moved to different location. I requested for location shift on 6th June 12, and after that following are the communication dates and replies summary: 6th June 12: Mail from me to TCISL for shift in location 7th June 12: Mail from TCISL to fill form for location shift request 7th June 12: Form filled and send back to TCISL 7th June 12: Ticket generated by TCISL for location shift with compliant number 14597374 and enquiry number 2195199 12th June 12: After phone call from TCISL about inability to provide services to new location, i requested for cancellation of my account services and asked for refund. Amount is Rs 6193.33 18th June 12: TCISL requested to submit the equpiment (router/modem) to TCISL local office in Pune. 27th June 12: I mentioned inability to go to TCISL office and asked for alternative. 27th Jun 12: Mail from TCISL that matter has been escalated 10th July 12: ICISL sent their person to collect router at my home. I have the receipt. 3rd August 12: I checked with TCISL about refund. 4th August 12: ICISL mentioned that matter has been escalated 10th August 12: mail from me asking for refund status 20th August 12 : Mail from asking for refund 22nd August 12: TCISL mentioned that they are working on priority 22nd August 12: TCISL mentioned they dont have equipment receipt confirmation and asked me scanned copy of receipt. 23rd August 12: I sent scanned copy. 23rd August 12: TCISL confirmed of receiving scanned copy. 30th August 12: Mail from TCISL assuring of working on this matter. 31st August 12: Mail from me asking refund. 1st Sept 12: Mail fro TCISL that refund will be processed within 30 working days 1st Sept 12: Mail from me asking about start of 30 working day limit from which date. 3rd Sept 12: Mail from TCISL that this will start from 31st August 12 3rd Sept 12: Mail from me asking why this should start from 31st AUgust 12 5th Sept 12: Appology mail from ICISL 5th Sept 12: Couple of more appology mails exchanged by TCISL 17th Sept 12: I asked about update. 18th Sept 12: TCISL confirming about 30 working day SLA. 18th Sept 12: Mail from me asking more on status. 1st Oct 12: I asked if check is couriered, no response from TCISL 4th October 12: TCISL mentioning about escalating matter 4th October 12: Called to call centre but after long waiting the phone line got disconnected twice. Seems they understood that this is not the call to be taken. 4th October 12: I escalated matter to Appellate Authority. No response till date. 5th October 12: Got call from TCISL that they will issue check in 15 days. 5th October 12: Got mail from TCISL that check will be released in 15 days 14th October 12: Received call from Mumbai office that it will another 20 working days. 14th October 12: Sent mail to Appelate authoruty. No response till now. Today is 17th October 12, i have not heard back from Tata team. Is there any forum where this can be taken up? Was this information helpful? | |||
