[Resolved]  Tata Communications Limited — Horrible TATA Wimax customer care

I have a very bad experience with TATA Wimax internet services.
My internet was not working since 15 days.
First when I called up the customer care they told me the service itself is down.
After two days when I called them up again and was telling then to come and check the connectivity at my place .They did not come for two day.s
They said they will send the field engineer but The FE came after two days.
He checked everything and could not resolve the issue due to lack of knowleledge.

After 1 week of the complaint and making several calls to customer care I finally got the number of a field engineer but he came after 13 days of the ongoing issue.
He did something and changed the receiver box and told me that the static IP that I had was spammed and I need to send an email to [protected]@tatacommunications.com to configure a new static IP.

I have been sending emails like a fool to customer care but no response.

Why these people are not at all helping me resolve the issue.

I have paid the bill for 4 months in advance and now these people are looting me.

I want my money back.

TATA COmmunications limited closed my complaint without solving.

Tata Communications Ltd — Internet is not working after 19 days of payment

Hi,

I have made payment for New Internate connection (Tariff Plan : Infinity 256) on 9th December 2008.
Then I have wait for 9 days for installation, but instalation was not done. Then on 17th december 2008,
I have send mail regarding this to appellate authority and customer care. After that on 10th day,
18th December 2008 installation was done. After installation the concerned engineer Mr Chitaranjan
told me that instalation has been done but my LanCard is not working, when i will replace that,
net connection will work .
On next day I have replaced the LanCard, but internet connection haven't work. For that i have made a
complain ( Complain No : 8216740) on 23 December 2008. On 25th December concerned engineer Mr Neeraj
(Mobile No : [protected]) contact me and told that he will come at 11 AM . I have wait for complete day, but he
haven't come. I have called to customer care 10 times upto now, but everytime they only told me that it will be done
as soon as possible.
As u can see now 19 days have been passed and i was not able to access internate for a single minute.
Its very much frustrating and disgusting. Please resolve my complain, i will be very very thankful to you.

Tata Communications Limited — INTERNET BROADBAND CONNECTION IS NOT PROPER

Dear Sir,

We are customer of Tata Communication since last 5 years, many times we faced problem of connectivity, fluctuating browsing speed, low browsing speed etc. but it was resolved within 2 or 3 days.

This time, I am facing problems since last 15 days, but not getting proper resolution. Complain detail is given below…………

Tata Communications Limited — very poor internet service

hi,
i have an tata indicom broadband wired line connection for almost 3+ years.
My user idwith tatacommunication is [protected]@vsnl.net
For the past 5 months i have been finding lot of connectivity problems.
Inspite of raising complaint , talking with their higher officials , still the problem persists.
Every week atleast once there will be connectivity problem or local node server down problem resulting in no connectivity for minimum of one day.
recently there was a 12 days non connectivity and they told me that they will extend the validity of my account for these non connectivity days but theres no proper solution provided for me still now. this 12 days problem occured during first two weeks of november 2011. its not even o full week gone again i lost connectivity with in the next 6 days. even now its been 3 days since i have raised a complaint and the problem is yet to be solved.
kindly help me in this issue.

I am more frustrated with the internet as well as customer services of TATA Communications Limited.

Now the Bangalore team has raised another request for static IP and it will take another two days.After a wait of 15 days I have to again wait for two more days.Even after that I am not sure whether my issue is going to resolve or not.

I have just now got a call from TATA Communications asking me to pay money for static IP.

What the hell, I have paid for 4 months in advance for that damn static IP and they spammed the static IP and now they are asking money.

TATA Communications lmt is a thief who will rob you out of all your money.


I would suggest everypone not to get the TATA WIMAX i nternet connection.You will suffer a lot if you take that.

Can anybody tell me the procedure to file a care in consumer court.
