[Resolved]  Tata Communications Ltd. — Non receipt of refunds

We had shifted our office from Chakala, Andheri to Andheri station last August 2008.
We had given notice to TATA comm to shift our internet leased line,
but they could not do so .
We used to pay the charges for this leased line in advance
Till date we have not received this despite meeting their officials and writing to them, its been a year

Tata Communications Ltd. — Broadband Connection not made functional one month after depositing money

I have been using Tata Communications' Pre-paid Broadband internet service at my residence since last about 9 months.
On Jul 17, after expiry of the 3 months' period of the then active account, I paid Rs. 1602.00 for renewal of the connection vide cheque no. 254567 drawn on SBI Mahanagar Lucknow. The company has not bothered to re-activate my connection so far.
A complaint has also been lodged with the Service Providers. Complaint no. is 6687648

Tata Communications Ltd. — Broadband connection not recived even after 20 days of appying the connection

I applied Tata Indicom Broadband connection on 27th of August 2008 with 4 months advance rental + free installation + 1 month bonus connection scheme. One representative from Tata Indicom Mr. Tajendar came to me to collect the required documents and cheque. Thw application No. is 1298273. He told me that connection will e done in 3-4 days. but I waited for 5 days and then I tried to contact him he was even not picking up the call. After 40-50 calls he picked up the call and gave me a no. of Mr. Kakkar but that no. is always busy. Then later after 10's of more call he gave me no. of Mr. Mohit Joshi from Tata Indicom. Again I tried hard to reach Mr. Mohit through phone as there is no office of Tata Indicom in Gurgaon but in Delhi. He told me that Tajendar has left the organization and he has no clue about my form and cheque. Later he asked me to make a stop payement of that cheque and fill a new form. I did this on 6th of Sep 2008 (new application no.( A[protected] but till 12th of Sep I have not received any call from Tata Indicom for installing the connection.
I feel lost and cheated, I don't know what to do and how to chase these guys.
