[Resolved]  Tata Credit Card — REGARDING PAYMENT

I AM A TATA CREDIT CARD HOLDER SINCE 1YEAR.MY PAYMENT DATE WAS 2nd OF EVERY MONTH BUT NOW THEY HAVE PREPORNED THE PAYMENT DATE FROM 2nd OF EVERY MONTH TO 1st OF EVERY MONTH.THIS PARTICULAR CHANGE I WAS NOT INFORMED BY MAIL OR BY PHONE.ANOTHER THING THEY WERE ACCEPTING THE PAYMENT IN ALL THE BRANCH OF STATE BANK, LIKE STATE BANK OF MYSORE, STATE BANK OF PATIALA, STATE BANK OF SAURASHTRA LIKE THIS SO MANY BANKS BUT SUDDENLY THEY STOP TAKING PAYMENTS IN ALL THIS BANKS, MORE OVER YOU CAN NOT DROP PAYMENTS CHEQUE IN AN ATM BOXES, SO WHAT'S THE NEXT WE CAN DO?AS I ALREADY DROPPED A CHEQUE WITH STATE BANK OF MYSORE & THEY DIDN'T CLEAR MY CHEQUE OF Rs.1015/-TOWARDS TATA CREDIT CARD & THEY NEVER RETURNED MY CHEQUE.NOW I DAILY GET HARASSING COLLECTION CALLS FROM TATA COLLECTION DEPARTMENT & I TOLD THEM TO COLLECT THE MONEY FROM MY HOME THAT ALSO THEY DON'T DO.AS I AM A PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED SO I REQUESTED THEM TO COLLECT THE PAYMENT FROM MY HOUSE THAT ALSO THEY DIDN'T DO!SO NOW WHAT SHOULD I DO?PLEASE HELP ME SO THEY SHOULD NOT GIVE ME HARASSING COLLECTION CALLS.

My complaint is regarding irctc(Railway booking).
I was booking a ticket on railway site and there was error of communication faliure. With the result Railways have debited me for 3456 but the reversal was for 3395/-. Railways have sent me a mail that merchant should reverse the 1.8% surcharge which TATA card is refusing to do. There are 4 similar transaction in my credit card account.
Please help me out.
