[Resolved] Tata Croma — rejected | |||
I am a regular customer of Croma. On my last visit to Croma Eva mall Brigade Road bangalore,I was approached by them to apply for a TATA Croma card (apparently with SBI). Already having a few credit cards, I was refused at first but was later told that I could discontinue the credit card next year and use it only as a Tata croma membership card to redeem points as discounts.hence filled out the form. A copy of my existing credit card, driving licence etc was taken for the issue of membership cum credit card. After about a 3 months i have not recived any kind of reply from even though i have called so many times the person who approched me no responce from him. Tata Croma — Refrigerator door issue
I have registered a service call almost a month ago and inam following it with every week, but no response. Every time i call i am getting an assurance saying that some one from the local ofice will attend to this issue, but no one is returning the call.
