Tata DoCoMo / 3G E-stick — Very bad service | |||
Hello, I purchased a Tata Docomo 3G e-stick from your agents at Tata Croma. He made me buy it from Vijay Sales since Tata Croma did not have the device in stock. The agent collected required documents and the device started to work. After 2 weeks; the device stopped working and never allowed me to recharge it online. Hence I visited Tata Docomo Store in Fatima Nagar in Pune, Wanorie area. They made me recharge for Rs. 750/- and after that - to my surprise told me that the SIM is faulty and I'll have to pay Rs. 50/- for a new SIM. I agreed against my wish and then they said that they cannot issue a new SIM to me because the SIM is not registered in my name but in some Nalini's name!!! Tata Docomo is NO GOOD. You misplaced my documents, registered the SIM in someone else's name, made me recharge and what I am left with is NOTHING. Your call center person called me and I explained the story to him on 20-June-2010. Till TODAY he is sending someone to collect a new set of documents and handover a SIM card. I have wasted Rs. 2000/- + Rs. 100/- initial recharge + Rs. 750/- latest recharge and have no device to connect to the internet since past 2 months. Very bad on your part!
