[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Online Recharge Failed

I tried to put an combo offer for Rs.36 to make calls at 30p/min through online
amount has been charged in my card, but still the plan is not activated.

I am tata docomo customer with mobile number [protected]. I have recharged through docomo website www.tatadocomo.com on 4th APRIL 2013.l recharge of Rs.150/- is done through SBI netbanking. That recharge has failed..and when I visited SBI bank website, there is debit of Rs.150/-.but I havn't got any recharge amount, Please take this request into consideration and refund my money.

I have done a onlne recharge of 98 rs as a internet package on my number [protected].. but my hdfc account was debited but my internet package was not recharged hence this is happening a quite few time kindly refund me back my 98 RS as this is not a valid transaction...where the customer is not getting the funds at all.

This is Suresh (Mobile No. [protected]). I recharged my Tata Docomo number using Axis Bank internet banking with a sum of Rs.100(Transaction Id:ASMP[protected] ) on 15th of July, 14. The bank's transaction status shows a successfull transaction but my prepaid number wasn't credited by the amount.

Kindly help in resolving the issue. If I require to furnish more details please notify in reply.

Blocked Sim

Sir, I have blocked my Tata Docomo sim by mistake. My Tata Docomo no. is [protected]. Please give me the puk code to unblock it.

Tata Docomo deducted my balance without my will

Tata Docomo activated a service called ModelVideoClub without my will and cut Rs99.0 at 25-Jul-14 01:07. This is not fair way to make money Docomo Kindly deactivate that service and refund my money back Mobile No [protected]

Tata Docomo 3G Network...Worst Service...Fake promises!

one week back I have brought TATA docomo 3G SIM..they promised even up to 6-7mbps at minimum level but I'm getting 100kbps or sometimes less than that. Really fake fake promises given by TATA docomo at least for 3G!
