Hi Sandeep Palo Mysore I have been a customer of tata docomo since 2 months. O lat friday morning,when i switched on my mobile,my outgoing were cut,but i am able to receive calls.It was having full signal.the next day morning both incoming and outgoing were restricted. After asking one retailer,He gave me the office address of docomo at mysore,Saraswaripuram. I have gon there and when i asked about my problem,they gave some distrrubutor's address. After getting there ,he told me to go to another distributor.But thanks to the distributor,he connected me to the customer care and they assured me of correcting the proble within 6 hours.Its the 1pm s problem.Then again in the evening i called the cc and they told to wait for another 2 hours.. Now its sunday,7 pm still not done. Could anyone help me.Even i dont have any tata docom to ask the ccare. pls Was this information helpful? | |

this is koteswarao frm mangalore.i recharged for 95rs gprs pakage wit docomo custmer care.they said its absolutely free browsing but its the worst ting i never feel again i am charged for 1kb 1ps for the nxt day.and i called custmer care 16times in next day..at last by completion of 16 cals i came to one conclusion that we cannot use that pakage in the sence no google, yaho, rediff accounts should be opened wit in free unlimited.and for another web sites also we cannot go free of cost.only home pages only u should open they said.wat can we do with home pages witout operating that site?wats the use.even for that home page also amound deducting.wats the worng wit docomo.even no signal.lak of knowlede custmer care employes!i was used to put a case on this to cosmer court.so please kindly reply for this and giv me solution.

I have got some GPRS issue in my mobile and I am not able to access the Internet. i have been calling customer care from last 2 days but no proper response. Everytime executive ask to do the same questions which irritatedo much . I am asking to provide complain number and they disconnect my call...if i call back, I can not connect to the same guy again and the other guy star the full story again...I tried calling customer care more than 50 times in 2 days...but now I am feeling helpless. Really very dissatidfied service and very disqualified customer executives...please be aware and think so many times if you are buying docomo sim...:(
i dont have signal in my phone from the past 8 hours... im from jp nagar mysore... can u please tell me whats wrong and how to solve this problem... this is annoying.
