Tata Docomo — problem for using gprs | |
sir i recharged 95 rupees special voucher for gprs monthly pack. Free usage of 200 mb Date of 18.01.2010 at 6.30 pm. Still now if i used gprs deducted ammount in my main account balance not in to my free mb. I complaint more times to customer care. They replied 19 th jan . They said i used tata docomo dive in this is the cause me deducting the ammount. But i didnt used tata docomo dive in. Just i use only TATA DOCOMO INTERNET but the ammount was deducted. i use tata docomo gprs plan of rs. 95 when i connect the internet on pc after 11:00 pm then net automaticaly disconnected and came the massage on display "packet data connection end by the network".plese solve my problem immediately

i use tata docomo gprs, when i connect the internet on my cell a massage display "unexpected failure" . It happens every time i connect internet.
i am not receiving gprs setings.i tried so many times but the reply coming from customercare is your device is not recognized by the system plase contact customer care.i called customer care so many times but they dont now what the problem is.still i cant access gprs on my mobile
tata is cheating with us... they are promising to give 32-48 kbps speed but i cant get so. i am using nokia 3500c model connecting it with data cable. complained several times, no result. Ant there is also a problem of disconnecting. Aircel is good than this poor docomo. i bought a special 33/- plan for 15 days of 1 gb usage. i am not satisfied so i m swiching to my old brand, . iam tata docomo customer, iam activated offer 7 days internet activation rs 15, but i can"t get
my mobile phone, iam aiready complainted to customer care, then reply to me send to u gprs
settings and save, i did these prosedure but i can't connect connection, after i try to apply my
complaints definetly no response and 2, 3, days continously busy, busy.
so, please seriosly take my complaintly,
