lodged the above complain in respect of my tata photon+ ([protected]) recharging amount of Rs.1500/- debited twice, for which I have no record or evidence from tata docomo , which is must for me. To my A/c with state bank of india.and my debit card no. 622***********42494 without my confiramation company debit my a/c twice.I do not have given instruction debit amount twice there for the second debit of Rs.1500/- stands unauthorized. In the evening due to some technical problem, the connectivity was not available, In the mean time I got the information through bank in respect of this two debits. There was no reason for me to go for making payments recharging amount twice, Please help me to get back refund Rs.1500/- immediately. Alternately, the recharging amount of Rs.3000/- recovered as stated above be made available to me for extended validity of six months.
