Tata DoCoMo / GSM Prepaid — No network covrage | |
Sir/Madam I am using tata docomo gsm prepaid card no.[protected]. i live in pune. sir since 20 aug 2009 there is no network coverage in my place. i had tried to contact costumer care center but it is not possible to contact them. i have submitted my voter id as required document along with passport size photo. please help me to solve this problem. i have been using tata docomo since july 2009.The issue i am facing is not at all getting network in my room, i have already filed a complient in consumer care. i cannot receive and make calls and i am really feel bad about this.
