[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Internet is not working

Sir i am the user of docomo i live in uttar pradesh kanpur city in gumti no 5 kaushal puri area i have complain times regarding not working of internet at my home i have complain many times bt they ignored it just saying that it will be fixed soon and problem is been occuring from past 10 days i have complain even in the my city head office customer care a wriiten application bt no response is there being a pospaid user i have been charged bt i am not able to enjoy internet services the connectivity of the net is very slow me wid some other people of the colony is facing the same problem kindly see to it and took some action against it to get it fixed up the problem as soon as possible.thank you

we have relance internet connection but that is not working properly i have complant 20to25times to customercare but i didnt get any stisfactory reply from them and will apply for router a month back but still i didnt get that when called to that person he is disconnect my phone.

My brother Mr. Chandra Prakash Yadav has taken a internet Connection from MTNL last 2-3 months, in begining internet service was very good but after some time it creates problem from more than 1 months i have complained several times to the customer care for this problem but no action has taken for it so, i rquest u to take some action against it my ph no is 22451276.

We at Tata Docomo always strive to introduce products that are in sync with Customer requirements while ensuring that such products provide optimum value against the amounts spent by our esteemed customers. Such products, especially the data/internet usage products are dependent on various factors for accessibility and continuity, some of these factors being in our control and others beyond. Some factors beyond our control, but which hugely and adversely impact data usage can impact on the network and signal strength and therefore affect connection speeds/ continuity. At peak times when many people are using the network, connection speeds, and quality suffers. Also as with any network based on radio technology, handset quality or local conditions may prevent or interfere with network reception within coverage areas. However we do understand and regret the fact, that you have not had a favorable experience with the said product.

I recharged my tata docomo no. with 251 recharge which has 175 balance and 1gb 2/3g data. I got my ballance but my internet is not working. I called customer care 5 times and each time they told different reasons. They were talking like they are not proffesionals. I tried all the settings but nothing worked.I lost my lots of time. tata customer service is worst in India i must say. Customer care service really sucks. Now i will never buy or suggest tata docomo products.

For the last three months we have been complaining about the extremely poor network that Tata Docomo has. We have asked your people to rectify this problem. But to no avail. You guys do not seem to care about your customers.

Since the entire society, Park Street, Wakad, Pune has to use your pathetic service, you are not paying any attention to our complaints.

Kindly look into this matter immediately. Check your customer service record for our account. We have a terrible service and we need you to give us a solution immediately.

My name is Haryank Doharey. I'm TATA Photon Plus Prepaid user. My Internet is not working from last two months. Whenever I call to customer care center they put me on hold and then hung up the phone. They are not interested in my problem and avoid me. Sometime they said our IT department will call you, but nobody calls me. They are not helping me. Is this your Company services? I have been facing problem from last two months but nobody helped me. I work from home and my all work is dependent on Internet. So now you can understand how would I'll be feeling. Please short out my problem as soon as possible.
