[Resolved] Tata Docomo — My sim is not register in my name | |||
Respected Sir I, Rajat Jain student of IIT Rajasthan want to say that last month I buy a sim of ‘Tata Docomo’ from Ganesh Photosatat shop, Sabji mandi Ratanada, Jodhpur. I attested all my original documents to activate the sim. After two weeks, I got a call from the company to again submit my original documents. I went to the shopkeeper regarding this problem on the same day. He sent me to the Docomo office at bhairon ji circle, from where I came to know that my docomo number is owned by some other person. I again went to the shopkeeper for this matter. He asked me for my documents again. I again submit my voter ID, my photograph, bonafied certificate issued from IIT Rajasthan. But after few days my outgoing calls and messages get banned. I talk to the customer care of the company and visited docomo office personally but they said your documents doesn’t match with the previous one. My sim is not registered with my details and name but with some one else. At present, no one is taking the responsibility of this cheating. I had to buy a new sim for this period. I request the higher and concern authorities to look into the matter and punish the culprit. Along with this I want my money back which I spend during this trouble. Here I mention all the necessary details.
