[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Unnecessary deduction of core balance | |||
my sim is in kolkata region bt presntly i stays in durgapur.i called customercare represntative and as they informed me that when i am in west bengal region if the connection shows that it is either vodafone or aircel connection then my all call rate will be charged as normal rates.i generally used the sms offer which gives 100 sms free after deduction of 1.20 rupess.but today when i sending the msg after reaching in durgapur,it costs as std msg rates which suppose to be free for todays as i already used this sms offer for today.my balance is deducted... kindly de activate 54321 servuces of tatadocomo from my no .Unnecessary they are deducting from our account without our knowledge v hav not renewed also v dont need their service any more plz do the needful and releive us from this demons
