[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Not able to contact customer care

I am a social worker aged 60 years trekking in rural Bengal trying to motivate young unemployed to become self employed. I present her below of a case of Harassment by Tata teleservice to me: I bought a Wireless modem from Tata Tele service called as "TATA PHOTON". I registered as Pre Paid customer. As long as I was at Kolkata it worked well. I visited North Bengal. I got good prepaid service. Suddenly I received a call that I can switch over to Post Paid with lot of advantages. Since I was moving I felt it easier. So I agreed. Since I was away I was asked to send scanned copy of address and photo. It was promptly done. After 2 days my line was blocked. I called customer care and was assured rectification. After 15 days I was accused of defective modem. A service engineer was deputed from Siliguri for free. Later the concerned man called me and demanded money and travelling expenses re imbursement. I agreed to host him with food and shelter too. Then he backed out. I was frantically trying to get the address but failed. I had to dash to Pondicherry due to a family accident. I was asked by the customer care executive to approach their service center who will take care. During the period 2 mths had lapsed and I was billed and was forced to pay. Finally after reaching Pondicherry I was informed that my line has been discontinued. After One month I returned to Kolkata and reported the matter. I was asked to wait for three months. However after a month I met an executive on the road. Hearing the story he asked me to bring the modem. I did and he called some guy dictated the modem number and got my line revived. THE COMPLAINTS: I again returned to north Bengal. As usual my line was blocked. I tried to call Call[protected] the help line. It was announced that my connection is corporate one to my utter astonishment. I was asked to call another no with 555 at the end. It announces that I am not registered. I asked my friends to call but they were advised to tell me to call. Request was send asking the customer care to call me but with no avail. Online complaint was lodged many times and I got a call from some operator who enquire the problem gives me an assurance and then hung up. I get an sms stating that my problem is resolved. But it remained the same only help my inbox got filled up. Finally I came to Kolkata and reported to park street. Within 10 seconds the executive repaired the defect, This I could have done myself had I been directed. The complain about Call[protected] was then taken up, Plenty of attempts were made with no effect. Finally complain was registered and promise was given for rectification within 46 hours. Even after one month it was not resolved. Like this it went on for months possibly 4 months. I visited Tata Tele Services Ltd, PS Srijan Tech park 12th Floor, DN 52, sector V, Salt lake city, Kolkata - 700091 and lodged a complaint. I was assured 48 hrs. Nothing happened. The rule says that corporate connection will be given only to post paid connection. To solve the riddle at the advise of an executive I surrendered the post paid connection and converted a pre paid one with a new number. The problem still persisted. So I was advised to take a new sim card for my cell. I did that too. Now from the airtel number when I am calling help line is barring me. AIRTEL authority informed me that it was TATA who is blocking as other help lines are working fine. Therefore it is a clear case of Harassment by TATA Teleservice. TATA Teleservice should rectify the problem and award me a compensation for the suffering and mental agony I an facing for last six months --

Dear Sir,

I had problem related issue with tata docomo on 4.11.12 and it was solved on 16.11.12.
But i am not able to contact customer care for more than 25 days.
Then i contacted customer care with my another docomo no. [protected] and ask the reason for its discontinuation. Then they again discontinue my new no. [protected] service.
I requested and complaint about it again and again but I have not get the solution till now.
Worst service i have seen in my lifetime.
