Tata Docomo — Online Recharge diverted to 'special balance' | |||
I had made an online recharge through paytm.com for Rs. 2000.00 on 08 Oct 2012 (Order no.[protected]. Although there is no option on paytm to choose 3G recharge or Top-up, etc., my money has apparently gone into a 'special balance'. The whole purpose of my recharge was to keep my BlackBerry services active, and now, due to this, I am severely inconvenienced. Your customer care is not concerned, and quite rudely told me that I should just recharge again. 2000 Rupees is a big deal for me, and I am sure your collection agents would go after someone who has not payed a similar bill, so why won't you understand my situation and just refund me my money? I'm afraid if I don't get a refund/ solution at the earliest, I will have to take this up with the relevant legal authorities. Regards, Sangita Was this information helpful? | |||
