[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Invalid deduction of balance from my GSM | |||
Hi I am Alka on 13th of August around 21rs from my prepaid gsm (tata docomo) account was deducted and when i called the customer care they were claiming that I have made a data usage of 21rs but its not true I haven't made any data usage and I even asked to check them logs but they didn't. i am a 12th class student. i am really disappointed with your tata docomo service. whenever i recharges there occurs a balance deduction with out any cause.
i did so many complaints to your customer service number, had a conversation with you customer care executive, but it all gone waste because they also dont help me.
They always says that you have activated this and this service on your sim card and they can't refund my balance.
1st time i lost my balance of Rs.100 but i said nothing and asked them to deactivate my service but it didn't get deactivate and again and again my balance kept on deducting but your customer care executive kept on saying the same things that now they can't refund my balance.
Truly speaking sir i am really disappointed with your service as i have lost my balance of over Rs.200 but you are doing nothing.
Today also my balance is deducted, so i decided to write you complaints because your customer service is worst.
i hope you will help me and refund my balance other wise i will change the service and you will loose your customers like this only.
