[Resolved] Tata DoCoMo Photon+ — MY ACCOUNT LOGIN ISSUES | |||
HI, I PURCHASED A PHOTON PLUS DEVICE ON 4TH OF JULY AND BEING TECH SAVVY I WOULD LIKE TO CHECK THE USAGE DETAILS ON YOUR WEBSITE....SO I REGISTERED A NEW ACCOUNT IN MY ACCOUNT SECTION...AND I GOT A TEMPORARY PASSWORD TO LOG IN...BUT TO MY AMUSEMENT THAT PASSWORD DIDN'T WORK!, SO I TRIED TO RESET THE PASSWORD AND I GOT ERROR IN THE NEXT PAGE OF WHICH I HAVE UPLOADED A SCREENSHOT...I EVEN TRIED TO CALL UR CUSTOMER CARE AND ALSO MAILED A COMPLAINT IN TATA DOCOMO WEBSITE THERE WAS NO RESPONSE FROM THEM EITHER...THIS IS REALLY FRUSTRATING ME! THIS IS GOING ON FOR 20 DAYS NOW!!!!! CANT A CUSTOMER KNOW HIS INTERNET USAGE DETAILS ????
