M'am/Sir, Please forward the following complaint: I used my ICICI Debit Card to pay INDIAIDEAS.COM LTD for a top up of Rs 200 for my daughter's mobile no. [protected]. The transaction no. quoted by ICICI Bank is BIL/[protected]/ok/TATADOCOMO_MICI. Th eamount of Rs 200 has been debited from my account but the recharge value has not been credited to the mobile number. You may get in touch with me on my no. [protected]. I have recharged my mobile online.. Rs.125. thru Tata Docomo online Recharge...the amount has been deducted from my bank account...but still the recharge amount has not reached

For the mobile No. [protected], I have recharged for top up Rs.150 dated 29th Dec, 2010 through ICICI net banking. Ref No: [protected]. Due to some error occurred after the transaction, it is not credited in the mobile, but the amount Rs. 150 has been debited from my account.
Kindly rectify this error and credit the amount for talk time in the mobile.
