[Resolved] Tata Docomo — SIM Barred | |||
Dear Sir, I have recently took a DOCOMO sim with 2 GB + 5 GB offer for 300 Rs. My SIM has been activated on 4th March 2013. I tried to use it but it says it has been barred. Next day i tried to recharge my number but it says that all outgoing calls has been barred. Now I can only receive SMS. I am not able to get Calls nor able make calls nor send SMS. Even i am unable to contact Customer care since my balance is zero. I visited DOCOMO showroom in Pattom to find an solution but they too failed to help me saying that my moblie set has a problem. my name is anvesh, my sim has been barred suddenly and disconnected, i spoke to customer care, but they are saying that verification problem.but my sim wont have any kind of problem.i dont understand why it happened, i am using my sim from past 3yrs, never a problem has arrived, but now it has happened, i have many important contacts in it, i have only docomo sim, this sim is very important to me, i dont know why these people are doing like this, without any problem, my sim has been disconnected.kindly please re-activate my sim.please activate my sim, it is very important to me.

I am from Gulbarga, I was in usa from last 2 months so my sim was off !
now when i came back my sim showing barred for out going and incoming facilities now i want to use my sim please take any action fast !!

I am using Tatadocomo prepaid sim([protected]) from last 3years.The
out going from the sim was barred on 04.03.2014...when I called
customer care they informed me to submit the documents which I have
submitted at the time of purchase of the sim...ie. my DL copy( they have
not mentioned the time also before which I should submit the docs) .
This was the first time I came to know that I have to re submission of
documents. But as I was out of station on 05.03.2014 I couldnot submit
the document on 05.03.2014. But when I tried to submit the document
today (06.03.2014), I came to know from the executive at tatadocomo
customercare centre that the sim is already disconnected.
I am using this sim number for all my bank transactions and so many
other important matters like for my credit card transactions, for
official works, policy docs, irctc etc...If my sim is blocked, it will
be very difficult for me to change the mobile number in all the above
said accounts and some cases it is not possible also...

I had bought a SIM card No.[protected] by MNP on 24 Feb 2012- which was running smooth, But, since last week , the TDK CO, has deactivated my all outgoing services. On inquery, not even from Nodal officer, till date i have not received proper reply,or not got the card activated again. Please let my complaint may forward to their super officios for a favorable response and +ve reply. immediately.
