Tata Docomo — TATA DOCOMO connection barred without any fault of customer. | |||
Respected Sir I am highly disappointed with the way TATA DOCOMO company treated me regarding my GSM connection (Mob No: [protected]). I switched to TATA DOCOMO connection from Reliance GSM connection in April 2011 using MNP (Mobile Number Portability) service. At the time of porting, I submitted all the required documents to TATA DOCOMO office at Gaurav Tower, Malavia Nagar, Jaipur. This number worked well for almost a year. However, on 26 March, 2012; when I tried to make a call from my number, I got to know that my outgoing service has been blocked. I was asked by TATA DOCOMO Customer Care Representative to contact to the nearest DOCOMO office. I rushed to DOCOMO’s office at Gaurav Tower, Malaviya Nagar, Jaipur on 27th March 2012 and enquired about the matter. Mr. Sumer (office representative) asked me to complete the document verification process and submit a fresh photograph and i.d. proof. I submitted a copy of my driving license as i.d. proof along with a passport photograph and signed the form which was given to me by Mr. Sumer. He ensured me that the outgoing service of my number will be activated soon. But, on 29th March 2012, I was shocked when I saw that my DOCOMO sim has been permanently blocked. I got very tensed and contacted again to DOCOMO office at Gaurav Tower, Malaviya nagar, Jaipur. Mr. Shantanu (office representative) informed me that your connection has been permanently de-activated due to incomplete verification. However, on my request, he saw the records and found that I have already submitted the required documents within deadline on 27th March 2012. Mr. Shantnu didn’t provide me the satisfactory response and I contacted to Nodal Authorities of TATA Docomo. The authorities informed me that we have not received your documents at the Main Office, Jaipur and hence, debarred your sim. It was very disappointing for me that my documents were not forwarded by your Malaviya Nagar, Jaipur office. Sir, it is clear that I have suffered due to inadequate management of this company. And the customer has been wrongly tortured even after submitting all the required documents. What is my fault, Sir? Why my sim has been blocked? It has been proved by this incidence that this company is no more trustworthy and the way they treat customers shows their negligence towards responsibilities. I am really fed up of making calls to your Nodal incharges and authorities of DOCOMO for this matter and it seems that no one is there to take care of a DOCOMO customer. I request you to please look into the matter and help me to get my DOCOMO connection back with the same number and impose a heavy penalty to TATA DOCOMO to stop such incidences in future. Thank You.
