[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Unnecessary services charged without permission

Iam a Tata Docomo customer. I got an sms that i have been subscribed to Live Astro at Rs. 4 for 3 days on 30th march at 1:22 pm. This happened without my knowledge and my authorization. So i cancelled this service using 155223. I received confirmation that the service has been cancelled. But the money has not been refunded to my account. So please do so as fast as possible. This is outrageous and its not the first time happening to me.wi

Again later the same day on 30th march i received another message that i have been subscribed to Songbook at Rs 30 for 30 days at 10:16 pm. I again unsubscribed it without any sucess. So please take necessary actions and refund Rs: 34 as fast as possible.

Idea — Charging of Rs. 30 for unwanted Services

Dear Sir,

I am holding Idea mobile No. [protected]. I have already activated Do Not Disturb. But even after this I continued to get unwated SMS and calls. Company havve also deducted charges without asking me. Therefore I visited to Idea Customer Care, Service counter. After my continuous follow-up unwanted services were stopped for almost one month. But again on 28th January "Music Station" service is activated without my knowledge and Rs. 30/- are deducted from my acount. I have again made many communication to Custermer care, Nodal Officers and also personally visited Dombivali Service Counter. Company is not even reply to my communications.

I wants your help in this matter.

Tata Docomo — unecessary charging money for the item which i do not need

i find now there is problem with tata docomo, the just take money for the nothing, i am facing this problem now , i have to see cricket sms every and then, which i do not like.this is a mental harassment. its a type of disturbance, i saw a incident because of them just few days back.

last time they cut 30 rs from my account and started giving me cvastu news.
they have such poor service, no one is able to talk to the custemer care......two hour the do .....press 2 press 3......horrrable people.

respective company but poor management.

plese understand , and make tata docomo official understand.

Tata Docomo — charges without use service

on 27 april 2011 tata docomo company charged 5 rs
but i did not use any his services so i complaint you
that tata docomo is not provideing good service

TATA — unnecessary subscription activation without my consent

my mobile number is - [protected].

unnecessarily without my consent you people have activated the English seekho subscriptions by charging me Rs.20 and even i have activated the do not disturb service(my dnd code is: Dnd[protected]).

when I have called your custumer support executives are saying we will not reimburse the money as I de-activated without any complaint or request.

more over when call to customer support you people are not even giving me an option speaking to them asking me to go the nearest Tata Indicom retail outlets.

if you my service history,
I have purchased this number on Aug 6th 2008 and till now using this number and never ever subscribed any of such services.how come and why will i subscribe now?

I am sorry to say but I am Really unhappy with your customer service and now am planning to change my number to any other service provider as I have a number portability service available with few charges, if you will not respond to my mail ASAP.

I can say I am a loyal customer of TATA indicom, since am using only this number from last 3 years and nerver ever thought of going to any other service provider. Infact i have refered my frieds to use Tata Indicom as their primary contact number and even i do the same.

please do respond to this mail and reimburse my Rs.20 ASAP.
