Tata Indicom — billing

Hi this is suman reddy from bangalore, my first experience with tata indicom. i is to have a tata indicom post paid landline connection which was taken for the purpose of internet , since the dial up connection speed is low,as known to everybody ,given request for cancellation,but my request was not processed and all my refundable money charged towards monthly bill, since i didn't have any proof of cancellation. Finally they sent a legal notice also ,and i paid money to tataindicom and finally got cancelled.
Present scenario is ,i had a postpaid connection of tata photon and same was converted to prepaid, i received a confirmation also for that, but after 3 months they started sending monthly bill again,even though it is a prepaid connection , now i am waiting for a legal notice from them,so that i can approach consumer court and teach a lesson to them. If their system is not updated it's not my mistake.
It's my chance to play with them.

TATA Indicom — illeagal billing

Hi,

My Name is Sunny & I am using the Tata Indicom & i am happy with Tata Indicom services bacause when i launch a complaint againt i got satisfactry reply from tata indicom.

So Kindly Check the status as i am very happy with tataindicom services, as customer care executive on 1515 well behavied with us. They know how to speak with customer. They were known customer is a king he has wuthourity to send the complaint also the authortity to give the feedback.

After all i am happy with Tata Indicom services

I took a connection of tata indicom services .as there was a combi offer for rs 1300 both walky and mobile .and on 19 jan 08 my unbilled amount was 678.70 and next day morning it went to 4700 rs .and i went to true value shop they said it there is some prob with walky instrument and they replaced with a new one but they are forcing me to pay the bill .i dont know what to do , so..

I had given my handset to the dealer for its servicing as it was under guarantee period. After a month he told me that the cell is useless and cant be used again.

In this case I am not going to pay the rent of the cell.

Please look into this matter.

IS 840/- (EIGHT HUNDRED FOURTY RUPEESE ONLY)
WHY U R NOT GIVE CRROECT RESPONSE ABOUT THE BILL ITS NOT CRROECT

Earlier i have already informed, but now i got a legal letter too, so wait for my approach to consumer court and we will resolve the issue, who is the defaulter, be prepared.
