[Resolved]  Tata Indicom — Fraud of Bill Payments

Hi,

I was the User of TATA Indicom. I have given the complaint for Disconnection on Jan-2013, but they didn't disconnect out services and they are including the bills month by month. I got so many calls regarding the payment, i told them to clarify the bill amounts, but no body there to clarify the details.

I have 2 Connections, with out using they charged 9500/- for each connection.

By this month of 13th I got a call from Ms.Keerthi. She told me that She is a Legal Manager of TATA, I gave allt he details to her and she gave a me waiver of 4000/- for each connection and told me "this is the full and final settlement, then that time i was ready to pay that amount, but one of our management person told me that to take a confirmation mail before paying because he faced the same problem before with TATA. I asked her the same. She told me that if you pay the payment through CASH then, with in 10 mins i will be sending the mail. I made the payment on 16th of this month from that day i am calling her but she is not lifting my calls and i am not getting proper response from her.

Today, from the morning I am calling to her number which is [protected], again she is lifting my calls,
I called her from another number she picked my call and telling that "i am not Keerthi, she went out once she came back i will ask her to call you". I got a doubt because, i am getting the same answer from the past 10 days.

Then immediately, i called to TATA Customer care number for the billing information. they told me that there has a outstanding amount.

kindly go through with this details and do needful. lease find the details below.

TATA Indicom — Bill and Service

I was out of city for New Year celebration and I was not able to submit bill on time due to that my outgoing call has been barred, when I came back I got a call from Tata Indicom for the payment of bill, as I was out of city so I would not expecting a bill of (Rs. 1664), I have told the executive about the too much bill and she asked how much bill you were expecting I told her near about Rs. 1200. So she realized and looked into the matter and felt that bill value is really too much and the service provide by you is also of bad quality so she had offered me a bill value adjustment of Rs. 464, on Friday 4th jan-08 I have paid the remaining amount 1200 by cheque meanwhile my phone is barred and my outgoing call is barred till now.

Now I again got a call on[protected] from Tata Indicom stating non payment of bill, which I have already paid and saying we don’t find any discount value for you and to activate the connection you have to pay the remaining amount (Rs, 464).
1. If this kind of service and message is provided by Tata Indicom then which one is correct how I determine?
2. By this conversation I only came to know that their executive is not professional and they can start blaming colleagues.
3. He again offered me a discount of Rs. 300 (Rs. 100 for next three month).


My Suggestions:

1. Don’t buy Tata Indicom as there connection, speed and support staff is very bad.
1. So while paying your amount, try not to pay by cash.
2. Always use cheques.
3. Don’t believe on phone calls.
4. Company can make you fool anytime.

TATA Indicom — About the bill

Dear sir,
We are using TATA Indicom since last 3 years. Earlier in our bill discount charges will be around 490, then it reduces to 470 and now it is around 270. Why this is happening. Thats why we didnot pay the bill of the month duration 03/01/08-02/02/08.
We also did the complaint to your customer support. They told they will check and come back to you. But there is no repsonse from them Please look into the matter

They are doing like this every time and making the money..

Many o[censored]s donot see the bill details always and use to pay the amount written on that and hence they do it..

I paid the full of total bill amount in Halisahar jetia True value shopp.But the problem is the bill amount has not been paid so my outgoing connection is not active.Why i should face this is kind of harassment in spite of paying full bill amount.

This kind of negligence should not happen to anyone.

Please take any action as soon as possible.

Sub: - Regarding receiving bills of V-DATA Card even after lost


Sir/Madam,


I am PRITI MISHRA d/o R.S.MISHRA. On behalf of my father I purchased V-Data Card on the ID proof address R-25/4, Hari Nagar Extension, Badarpur, New Delhi - 110044 with post-paid SIM ([protected]) & all formal kits. Just after 2 weeks of the activation of that particular number it was lost. I had lodged an FIR regarding it in Okhla Police station & also made a complaint against it in Customer Care Cell on the same day & they assure me that company will deactivate connection as soon as possible but I am receiving its bill still. The First bill was of Rs.500/- I paid that amount on account of deactivation of connection as I was advised from Customer Care Cell of your company but still I have received a bill of Rs.2000/- apprx. & it is really not possible for me to pay this bill. I have attached a copy of FIR.

So you are requested to stopdisturbing us regarding connection and look into the process of bill payment to me as I am not using it.

Some bugger(Arup Gosh) has given my number as alternative contact number. Tata Indicom people always calls me and asks for the payment. These people never inquired that the number belongs to him or not. This is happening for the last eight months. I've given oral complaint on phone several times. I've even given a email complaint to Nodal officer mumbai.They replied they took an action against the person. They have closed the issue. After 20days same story repeats.
I'm gonna go out on a limb here - I'm guessing your username is unintentional?

TATA Indicom — BILLS

Sir,
There was a offer from TATA INDICOM for free 1 month internet connection in our society. The guy from tata asked us to avail us this service .We told him earlier that we were not interested, but he insisted that it was free for a month . I told him that i will remove it after a months period of time before he gave us the connection and he agreed. I did not use the internet even a single time in the free month period. Since i was out of the ststion my i told him on phone to disconnect the service on phone. He said that i will do it.
After 3 months when i returned home i had 3 month bill in my letter box with a legal warning for nonpayment. i went to the customer care ( Pune ) personally. They are turning a deaf ear on this and are asking me to pay the bill of Rs 897 with only rental charges and zero usage of three months. I asked them to give me this in writing but they refused. Sir please help me .

TATA Indicom — Billing

Respected Sir,

My phone no. is[protected] atleast 4 months back the company raised the bill of Rs. 7, 100.00 (Rs. Seven Thousand One Hundred Only approx.) after complained the company admited that there is clonning issue (Complaint no.[protected] dt. 18.02.2009) and incoming and outgoing facility of my phone is also discountnue from 10.02.2009 to 28.02.2009 (approx.) and clonning amount is Rs.6680.00 found but till now company didnot rectified my bill and every month they charged me Rs.100.00 late fees and after my compalined they refund the late fees, and now my may bill is Rs.1100.00 (approx.) and after so many compalint they did not give details of dialed no, so i can confirm that this is genune bill or false bill.

Sir please help and do the needful, i am very tensed till 4 months

TATA Indicom — Tata Indicom - They are Frauds

My name is Karthik and i have applied for Rs.799 per month plan in the application form and they send me a bill for Rs.518 for the first month . After having a look at my second month bill only i came to know that they have given me a Rs.1299 per month plan.

I called up to the customer care to file a complaint on this, as well as to disconnect the connection.

They told me you wont get the bill for this month and they have sent me a bill for this month also ( and my connection is barred for the past one month ).

There is no response from the employees of Tata Indicom showroom .

They have a different plan just for the name sake.
Dear Sir,

SUB: V Data Unlimited Plan 1099

I am your customer for the past 3 years and having fixed wireles line. My phone no is 65299113.

I have taken the Data V card about two months back (Ref. [protected], a/c No.[protected].During purchase of data card I told your Tata indicom true value shoppe to bill this with original my original phone bills, which was agreed. But understand the bill comes to me separately.

My bill payments are through HDFC credit card as I have given standing instruction. Due to separate billing the bill for V data was not paid.

Now I request you club both the bills with my original phone bill 65299113.

Also I found the data card is useless and I want to change it to minimum plan (ie) Rs150/month. If not possible please disconnect the Data Card services with immediate effect.

I contacted your customer care and they asked me to log one more request through your outlet.
By this mail you can take it as my request for billing as well as for change of tariff plan and oblige.

TATA Indicom — bill payment

i hav tata USB net they dont send me bill /sms/mail . they have my mobil no. mail .id every thng
and they cut my conection. in starting they also deliver my sim very late . due to disconection
i my project is not complet or time and my goodwill is effect .

TataIndicom — Bill Problem

Hi,

I have a tataindicom connection which I use for internet connectivity.

My internet usage is normal so I had activated one plan that satisfies my requirement.

The plan was 500 INR gives me 512 MB of internet usage.

First 2-3 month the bill came normal but after that they have sent me a long bill and it says that you have used around 2500 MB.

They also had given customer a software which logs the usage of internet.

That software tells the usage or 700 MB but in the bill shows 2500 MB how this much difference ? The bill was 1, 173.59

After that I have registered a complaint again tataindicom and the response to that complaint came after 20 days. So they have again charged me a late payment of RS. 100. (I was supposed to wait for their response)

After their response they have barred my sim so I could not use internet and they have given full month bill i.e. 552

So the bill comes near about 1800.

Why should I pay this much bill as if I pay the amount they may charge me 5000 bill in next month !

TATA Indicom — Billing of a connection not owned by me

I am being called again and again for payment of Telephone no. 67701122. I have made several requests that the said connection is not owned by me. I use to owe a Tata Indicom number 67654874 which was disconnected subsequently.

Thereafter, I have started receiving the bills for the new number which is not owned by me.

I am being abused continously on phone by the officers of Tata Indicom. I do not understand what the officers are upto.
I received login ID and password through email. my T. Number is [protected] and I used Internet connection. I want to pay payment through net banking.My account number is[protected]. when I entered my new password, I cannot open . Kindly help for loging password.
