Since Tata indicom is taking no responsibility for it's salespersons actions, I am proceeding with formal police complaint against the concerned sales executive and the company.

I wish to have no further calls or any form of communication from your end. Any bill for your said "services" will be ignored. Any attempt to collect it will prompt legal action.Pls place this on record.

Tata indicom refuses to accept the responsibility for fraud by their own sales executive. When are companies in india going to realize that customers will not take things lying down? They expect to get away with technical replies.

Not unless we take legal action, file police complaints and approach consumer forums.
Not required. Even the nodal officer is ineffective. I don't want anyone other than apellate authority approaching me. Any other customer executive will not be entertained, call at your own risk. I don't want to go through your whole "complaint has been registered" and "complaint is being resolved" process. Have had enough.
Tata Indicom now has the audacity to send me a bill of Rs 4000 + !!! yes, u bill me, i will recover that amount & more!!!
You can keep registering complaints. Either you cant read the whole history of the complaint or choose not to- but remember, other people can read!!
If that is the case, pls post your resolution here so that everyone can view it. Pls do not call me, I will not entertain your calls.
As the complaint has not been resolved since 10th Aug 2011, and has been poorly handled, the same has been forwarded to Hon'ble Authority, TRAI.
I would like to inform you that there was no call & no resolution. So dont try to mislead people. The matter is with TRAI, so will wait for the resolution from their end.
In case there is a resolution, pls post the same in public view.

TATA Indicom — Fraudulent Sales Persons

Hi Everyone,
I Have applied for Tata Indicom Broadband Internet Connnection my caf no. is 1984807,i took new infinity 500 plan (quarterly) and paid 4854/- in advance to tata communications sales person named Mr ATUL CHATE.While applying for the connection i asked him about feasibility in my area.he then came in personally and said i will get my connection as the area is feasible for the connection,I then submitted the documents required and paid in advance as requested,he said i will get my internet connection within 3-5 days.After 3 days i called him,that time he said that My area is NOT FEASIBLE for the connections,so then i asked for the refund of my money,he then told me that as my DD is submitted it will take 4-5 days to cancel ,then i will get my money.i called him after 5 days he then made some lame excuse and said you will get your money definately after 7 days.so i called him after 7 days,he kept dodging my calls and when he attends my call he keep giving me some stupid excuses,i was so angry by then so i threatened him that i will take some action against it,he then came and gave me rs.3000/- back and said that he will return the rest of amount the next day,which he did not returned,he then kept dodging my calls ,now its over a month now,still i did not get my remaining money back.
Tata indicom customer "service" guys are harassing for payment of bill. Pls note that a complaint has already been lodged with TRAI. Any further calls will prompt legal action.
