Tata Indicom Motorola WIZ — repair of phone not done by the company although in warranty period

This is to convey that the telephone instrument
of the following information is not being repaired by the company although it is in the warranty period,
the address in the booklet does not match the actual address.The Tata Indi com Company asks us to go to Motorola outlet and vise versa.It is a sheer wastage of valuable time and travelling expenses.

but it's been 2 months now and there is no responce from the company although the mobile is under warranty period at the time of submittion

How much is battery warranty for this model? 1 yr or 6 months?

I've lost thousands to these fake hackers, please don't fall for any of them,
