I have updated my moto g5s plus mobile phone with latest official update .But after doing this my phone's sim 2 is always off (undetected) .I tried to with various approaches like Shutdown, restart .As a result it get on once but after some time it again off automatically. Satyam electronics, service center at chaitnyapuri, dilsuknagar, hyderabad fixed an exhausted battery but could not charge it despite a wait of 3 hours. The cash receipt no.4508, dated[protected] for rs.1650/-. Since it is fixed inside cell phone and was not working, i could not check it. I took it back so that it can be repaired else where.
