Hi team,

I have purchased motorola android tv form flipkart.com on 29.09.2019, now i have observed that it showing 2-3 black spots on screen and all four corners are also faded, i registered a complaint to support. [protected]@flipkart.com, after so many mails they arranged the technical visit, but technician who visited said that they are not accepting your panel replacement request because this is not so much faded you wait for 1 more month and request again, i just want to ask them why should i wait for 1 another month, i havent paid for that faulty product, which shows dull and faded videos, please look into this matter and try to resolve this issue as soon as possible, the warranty is going to be expire in next 2 months.

      Purchased a motorola tv 55" 3 months ago. It stopped working automatically, after plugging it shows only continuous blinking red light. My complaint ticket no. Is 0e23-37812 rpscad-2012490. Please proceed my tickect immediately and send your technician as soon as possible.

        I want to inform you that i ordered a moto e6s mobile from flipkart on 4th october2019 and it was delivered on 10th october 2019. After five months suddenly it was not working. Due to online purchase i don't know about the motorola service center near me. The problem occurs during the warranty period so i decided to complain for replacing my phone with new one.
        Hope you should reponse my problem and take a quick action.

          I bought this tv from flipkart and along with complete protection plan for 3 years by paying more. But after even 1 month my tv in not installed and liening in my house. I am facing problem at the beginning of my service and now think what sevice they will provide service for next 3 years. They service partner denied installation of tv saying you provide us with stamp paper agreement that if something happens to tv after installation he is not responsible. Flipkart why didn't you mentioned that you need stamp paper agreement for tv installation. Your partner is saying my wall is not appropriate for tv installation. I have bought the letv tv from flipkart and it was wallmount on the same wall from last 3 years. After i faced issue with the levv tv i puchased this tv and now wall became inappropriate for this tv. I don't understand if levv tv was fine on my wall and they what is problem with motorola tv and what so special in this tv. And more over your telephone executive are giving me suggestion to give another address for tv installation. Really cool suggestion. I am common man not tata, birla or ambani. I have only one small house and one wall for 65 inch monster. If you can't install tv here, then take your tv back and return my money. More over your app work for purchases and have bug for creating return request it gives error.

          Whenever I connect my Bueetooth Headset it's get Interrupted and Audio is not clearly heard.It was Worked well at time of Purchase after that there is some Bluetooth disconnectivity issues, so that we are requesting to replace this defective one.

            My cousine had a motorola one power, recently the display is broken. He repaired the phone in an authorized motorola cervice centre neraby. They charged about 7000 rupees for the display and said its original. But aftre the use of 2 moths, the display gone black but the phone is still in working condition. So he reach the service center again and diagnose the phone. Then the technician saids that the display ic of the phone is damaged due to water vapour inside. Actually the phone is spill proof and he dosnt use it in rain or waater condetions. So the people in shop again asked for money to replace the ic.
            In my point of view there may be a damage on the rubber material that keep the phone spill proof. It is crearly due to the bad treatment by the technician during display change. But they are not accepting the fact. So i want clear replay and solution. They forcing him to buy another new phone... Is it logical?
            The phone is about one and half year old, diplay changed on 08/05/2019

              service center made wrong job card

              I went to tilak nagar motorola service center and they checked my and told me that we don't handle warranty phone kindly go to another service center, when i went to the rohini service center they said the job card is updated as liquid damage so the warranty has become void.
              My phone has chargng issue, the man who opened my phone said the motherboard needs to be replaced and nothing else
              Just because of the false job card updated...

              service center put new issue while changing the battery

              I have moto g5s plus mobile. The battery of phone was not working good so i decided to show it on the authorized service center in bhilwara (Rajasthan). They gave me phone after keeping for whole day and i received it stick with rubber band to fix it well. When i removed all rubbers and check the phone battery was working perfectly fine but the front camera of phone was not clear as it was on before i put it there. So i decided to visit again...

              The motorola service center which is located in ghatkopar west in the name of technotronics technologis - pts. I had given them my moto g5 plus mobile for battery issue on 31.07.2019 & they said they will give me on 01.08.2019 but they had not given me my mobile or they not given some reason why they taking so much time. Today i called the service center 3 times but they are not receiving the calls. This is the worst service center i think who are not responding their customers.

                I have updated my moto g5s plus mobile phone with latest official update .But after doing this my phone's sim 2 is always off (undetected) .I tried to with various approaches like Shutdown, restart .As a result it get on once but after some time it again off automatically.                   Satyam electronics, service center at chaitnyapuri, dilsuknagar, hyderabad fixed an exhausted battery but could not charge it despite a wait of 3 hours. The cash receipt no.4508, dated[protected] for rs.1650/-. Since it is fixed inside cell phone and was not working, i could not check it. I took it back so that it can be repaired else where. Another authorized mechanic found this and reported.

                    I bought moto one power phone from amazon on 25 feb 19, i have not even used it for 4 months, two week before i just kept it in my shelf in the morning when i get back from work it was not switching on, i contacted motorola services center (Sbm mobile care tinsukiya) and submitted it on last saturday, today when i went to collect my phone they said that they send it to guwahati and from their they are saying that it is having water damage.
                    I am 100% sure that it never fallen into water or i never carried it in the rain, then how water damage can be happen? Now they are telling that it is out of warranty

                    One of the agent from the company contacted me and I explained my situation. After that he said me that he will contact me after 24 hours, but I didn't received any solution for this issue yet. I have been trying to contact that agent for the last 3 days,

                      Respected Sir.
                      I have purchased Motorola G 5 Plus through online amazon.in 16 June 2018.
                      Following problems I have face from Motorola as well as the Motorola Authorised Service Center.
                      1. The mobile sold with invalid service warranty which is against customer protection.
                      2. The mobile has been delivered with rear camera dust, simple service but the service center rejected to do service.
                      3. On approaching Amazon to resolve, Amazon asked Service Denial Certificate, which we requested Motorola to issue.
                      4. Though Motorola refused to service as the warranty is not validated, Neither put any effort to validate, and NOT GIVEN SERVICE DENIAL LETTER which they have denied several times to service.
                      5. On my mail to Motorola has updated warranty after 11 months and 10 days that is the mobile was given warranty ie on 30 June 2019 where as the mobile was purchased on[protected], and the mobile was practically covered warranty only for 20 days in its cycle, which is against the promise.
                      After getting warranty online validation, I gave the mobile for rear camera service, but the service center broke main display and and returned broken camera without servicing camera and demanding 4200/- for the service.
                      6. The mobile has minor scratches which happened recently, but the camera problem was with from delivery time.
                      7. Cleaning camera is very simple task, if the design is complicated and the service center breaks the display it can not be Customer Induced.
                      8. The service center broke the display but refused to clean the camera and demanded money Rs.4200/- and returned the mobile without cleaning Camera or servicing camera.
                      Now the mobile can not be used and my several request motorola has not been considered, simply asking money.
                      After I have sent mail that I will take up with consumer court Motorola sent mail accepting ownership for damage of the mobile, but failed comply and reverted their decision on my reminders.
                      I request your honour to kindly take up the issue and give me the justice and request for refund of money with damages as this has consumed my precious time and given me some mental disturbance.

                            Dear Sir/Mam,

                            Motorola service team is fabrication Liquid/physical damage as per there policy to bard me from warranty. And quoting INR 4, 807.00/- for repairing. I used device it’s been never in contact with liquids neither damage physically, it’s in working condition, only the below ½ inch screen is not responding.

                            On 21st Feb 2019 issue addressed to Motorola, after struggling with them they agreed to repair device and on 13th march couriered to service center. Again, after struggling on 23rd April 2019 they generated repair quotation. Today approx. 74 days of suffering they are bribing 20% discount on repair quotation in order to hide their serious crime against consumer.

                            Concerns addressed to brand Motorola:
                            1) Consumer paid well in advance and purchased device under the impression it will work as committed by brand Motorola. (Motorola Fails)
                            2) Consumer eligible under warranty to get it fixed on the very first day, 74 days and more of suffering is unacceptable.
                            3) Instead of apologizing Motorola came with an excuse and bribing 20%.
                            4) Consumer bought product for day today activities, from which Motorola bereft intentionally.
                            5) Moreover, intentionally fabrication of consumer mistake for own profit is Motorola’s swindle.

                            As chivvied consumer, written to them send Reminders, did everything from my end still they are holding my device and asking the price which literally am not liable to pay.

                              I have ordered my headphones from amazon india. The product was working fine and suddenly stopped working after 15 days. I contacted motorola service center nearby me and they refused to provide me service. I contacted motorola customer care and they asked me to courier the product to their delhi service center. Now the package has been delivered and i'm not getting any confirmation about the further process. It has been more than a week.

                                I am really dissatisfied about ur customer service. Past 2 weeks before my phone have some issue... Charge is not getting to the phn after that we went to authorized service center they told us it's because of cable complaint. They told they will ordered. Now it's more than 2 weeks nothing happen. My phone is not working. Disatified about ur product and customer service

                                  I had a moto z2 play and i was a happy customer for around 6 months from the date of purchase. After 6 months o[censored]sage, phone had a sensor issue and i have given for service. Post that initial service, i have given the phone 5 times for service for the same issue, on which 2 was within the warranty period. Motorola service centre at thrissur didnot provide me work card/reciep for these 2 times. Post the warranty, they provided me work card. Postall these services, they provided back my phone ties up with multiple rubberbands. Within few weeks, phone showed same issue again, for which i contacted motorola thrissur service centre and mr. Manikandan from motorola complany. Mr. Manikandan committed to replace the phone with a new one as the issue is popping up again after multiple repairs and the issue started during the warranty period. Later as advised by mr. Manikandan, i surrendered my old phone and box at thrissur service centre for which i have the recieved reciept.

                                  I got no response even after few weeks and i was not able to contact m. Manikandan then onwards. Then we contacted mr. Anoop from motorola and explained all the history. He confirned the same over a conference call done with me, and motorola service centre. He commited to look into the issue and replace the device asap, but that never happened. Then on he didnot pickup my call for nearlt 15 times. Later, i was asked to submit the original bill at thrissur service centre by the service centre personals. O ther third day, i provided the original ill at service centre, for which i demanded for a recieved reciept. They were not ready to provide the same, behaved in very odd manner and humiliated me infront of other customers. Later, they provided me a signed reciept without seal for submitting the bill.

                                  I owned one of the premium device of motorola. I had issues with the device, for which i repaired it multiple times and was not able to resolve. I contacted 2 persons from motoraola company, who stopped responding to my calls. I was humiliated at motorola service centre for asking a reciept for sumitting the original bill which was the last proof i had. Now, i have no odea where my phone is and in what situation. Is this the way your company treat your customers. I demand an answer as soon as possible.

                                  Its only been a month i have purchased motoe5 plus and i am having trouble with it. when a phone call comes the other person on the line is unable to hear my voice. I don't get any notifications whether i have got messages or not.

                                  Went to the service center on 15-04-19 and they refused to replace the phone.

                                    My mobiles display was flickering and i had taken it to motorola service center (Prudent telecom services, tembhi naka, thane). The service center promptly replaced the screen. After a week i started noticing multiple problems with the phone. The problem were 1) proximity sensor not working 2) 6 dead pixels in the back camera 3) crackling speaker all these issues started right after the service. This is a clear indication that the parts in my new phone were replaced with faulty defective parts. I raised this concern with motorola service center but the are just willing to replace the problem parts. As this is a case of cheating on part of the motorola service center i am demanding a replacement as there is no guarantee that they will not do it again. Seeking your assistance in getting justice.

                                    It was sad to hear from motorola india support that motorola india does not have an appellate authority for grievance redressal. The support on call and chat is the only option to voice concerns.

                                    After 2nd visit to the service center the phone worked fine. But after a month it's back with the proximity sensor problem. I really doubt the serviceability of Motorola products.
                                    Taking the phone to service center was a death trap.

                                    Iam better off with samsung with my budget.

                                    Motorola, you've lost a decade old customer.
