I bought a Motorola edge 40 phone a month ago, it got charging port issue within a month. I have given the phone to the service center, but I was told that it will be repaired in 7 days.But if the phone is manufacturing defective, I requested to replace it Because the laziness of the company bothered me and giving me a repaired phone. Don't want that phone, replace it and give a new one.

    I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the recent software update for my moto edge 20 smartphone. After installing the update firmware s1rgs32 12/08/2023, I noticed the appearance of persistent pink lines on the device's display, rendering it unusable.

    Considering the timing of the issue and the fact that it occurred immediately after the software update, it is evident that the problem is not a result of any mishandling or damage on my part. This strongly suggests that the update has caused a hardware malfunction in my device.

    I would like to emphasize that my Motorola edge 20 is not currently under warranty. However, given the clear correlation between the update installation and the onset of display issues, I kindly request a free replacement of my smartphone. I believe that the responsibility lies with the company, as the issue occurred directly as a consequence of the software update.

      I am a smartphone user of company Motorola .after the last update my smartphone display is filled with green lines.so i approached the service center due to the unavailability of authorized service center in my area i had travelled 100 km and and approached the the fortune service center Calicut they refused my warranty claim due to some dents in the body which is claimed to be ip68 which appeared due. And they sent the smartphone to the head office in Chennai and said the same.
      i had sent the mail to the service center for the reason for the refusal of warranty. but the reply to the mail is not yet given
      i checked the phone privately with an expert technician, after careful micro scoping he informed that there is no other problem with display
      i bought the phone due to the faith in the company but it seems that my rights have been violated

        I bought moto G73 5g on 6th july, 2023. While booting i found that phone is not detecting sim card so I complained to flipkart(from where I bought this product) and Moto, but both companies are just escalating the issue and not resolving them. I want to return my device. It's been 6 days, Moto is not even responding to mails and Flipkart is also not helping me.

                which is purchased through flipkart . unfortunately the device facing below said complaints.

                1. Sim slot not supporting device.
                2. Gprs (internet not supporting)
                3. Even whatsapp social media app also not installing .
                4. Phone become over heating during operate the phone.

                Flipkart support team has given moto customer care numbers i. e.[protected] and i [protected] phone numbers.

                we had complaint above said phone numbers but not response to your end. Finally we are writing mail to you. We are suffering very much since 1st day with your phone and writing to you a mail for resolve the issue and refund my amount.

                Please find the attachment of my invoice for your reference.

                      This is to register problem i am facing with Motorola 55-inch QLED tv brough from Flipkart.

                      I have brought Motorola Revou-Q 139 cm QLED Ultra HD tv through flip kart on 23rd July 2022, same got delivered and installation completed on 28th July 2022.

                      From day one, QLED Tv was not working properly, I have faced sound issues, color issue, automatic restarting issue, have made complaint with the brand and service engineers from M/s Jeeves has visited my home, observed the TV, and confirmed the brand that the LED was having the issue. Based their feedback, Flipkart has replaced the tv and the same got installed at my home.

                      Even the replacement TV also having the issues which I have listed below for your reference and the same as was already reported as a complaint with Motorola service team.

                      List of issue with the TV.

                      1. Picture clarity is very worst comparing with other led tv of the same brand.
                      2. Issue in generating the green and red colors
                      3. While watching movie in the tv the colors will automatically get faded and again it will get restored
                      4. While watching any movie, suddenly it will go to home screen.
                      5. Blueish shade in the picture

                      Name of the technicians visited my home from M/s Jeeves.

                      • Mr.Alwarbabu : more than 3 times
                      • Mr.Saratkumar : more than 2 times
                      • Mr. John : 1 time
                      • Senior technician from Bangalore : 1 time

                      I have made multiple complaints with Motorola support[protected] and multiple emails to Motorola support email id

                      Support engineers from M/s Jeeves visited more than 5 times to my home, observed the issues highlighted by me and even acknowledged that issue was there in this tv and tried resolving the same by changing the mother board and even after changing the mother board the issue as not solved, ( Display of this tv is alos having problem)

                      Again, I have made the complaint and this time M/s. Jeeves team visited my home ( 3 weeks before) along with their technical expert from Bangalore, he checked my TV for more than 45 mins, taken couple of videos comparing the picture clarity with my other Motorola LED tv’s and assured me that he will write back to the branch and arrange for a resolution in a week’s time.

                      But there is no revert from him and my complaint is still open, once a week, Jeeves team is closing the existing complaint and reopening a new complaint.

                      I really don’t understand, why should I struggle with the defective model of Motorola, which was bought with my hard-earned money.

                      Since I was not at all satisfied with the product delivered to me requesting you to consider changing with my Qled with any other model of 55 inches Motorola or refund the money I have paid for this tv.

                      I have even shared the video taken by Motorola service engineer team taken by comparing the picture clarity between the QLED with other model of same brand, refer my email complaint reference no Moto[protected]

                      Hope you can be able to understand my concern and the pain in am undergoing since Oct 2022.

                        I had purchase a Motorola Moto g72 online via Flipkart and it was delivered to me on the 19th of January today that is 11th of February the mobile about a greenline on it and there is no service support around me by Motorola and Flipkart is refusing to replace the device and asking for a denial confirmation from from the Motorola service centre which is not available around me and Motorola is also not supporting please help insolving and replace the device please provide a denial letter or my replacement

                          I purchased the Moto G 5G phone because to get the 5G network.

                          Now, they are saying the chipset is not supported to work with Jio. In the below link, they clearly said that this phone will not work with Jio 5G.

                          Motorola has cheated by saying they have launched the first 5G phone in 2020. And they have also said that it is a Global 5G ready phone.

                              Motorola edge fusion 20 was released with android 11 and had promised 2 years of android updates i.e. till android 13. It has been over a year since android 12 had been launched till now no update on android 12 has been given. The reason for this is less due to technical difficulties and more due to the fact that they want people to buy their new phones.

                                I have bought Motorola G51 couple of months back from flipkart, ever since i bought the phone has been restarting regularly. I did factor reset and that did not resolve the issue either. I tried calling the motorola support regarding, there is no option to reach to human being there !!! its all starts and ends in IVR. Such a pathetic support for a person who buys mostly moto phones right from moto z play, moto g71 and moto g51.. while i cant crib about moto g71, the moto g51 is such a horrible phone where it reboots twice, thrice everyday !! what is the point in having the phone if its reboots this frequently ??

                                As the phone is automatically switched off, you are not even aware that phone is of[censored]ntil someone calls to other number or i check the phone regularly. There is no point having the phone that keeps swtiching off

                                  Very very frustrated from #motorola within 3 months my new motorola edge 20 pro starting having display issues. I visit customer care they change the display but how they fix the mobile pls check it below. I contact them daily from 20 july to still toady but didn't get any resolution. So pls support.

                                      I ordered a motorola phone g52 from flipkart.
                                      And it's the worst phone I have ever bought .
                                      The microphone of the phone doesn't work well makes the call pathetic and the caller isn't able to hear my voice. You have to speak really loud or too close to the speaker so the other person can hear you.
                                      Also, the back camera is too bad. I haven't seen such a poor-quality camera for a very long time

                                      And now I am stuck.
                                      Flipkart is a rubbish website
                                      It doesn't allow the customer to put a refund option for such worst products, all you can do is replace and that's a hectic procedure in itself plus there's no guarantee that the replacement order would work fine or not.
                                      I tried calling Flipkart and Motorola company several times but most of the time there is no response and the other time the issue couldn't be fixed.
                                      I am pissed
                                      My money has got wasted
                                      I want a refund!
