    Worst service ever...I have been on the phone for hours trying to get my phone fixed...I keep getting transferred then was told to pay a deductible of 20.00 if I wanted a phone to use while being repaired to send 34.95. I sent it and they processed payment then refunded it and said they would contact me as they screwed up the payment. They never contacted me and my warranty is expired now. I was on the phone just now and transferred twice then disconnected. This is the most frustrating experience I have ever had and I am still sitting here with a broken phone. The last customer service rep now told me I would have to pay more money as the other customer service reps were on a lower level and misquoted me on what my plan covered. Do not buy a Motorola phone as the Customer Service stinks!!!Here are some of my chat messages attached...

      Complaint about Green Line Issue on My Motorola Edge 30 and Invoice Request.

      I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the service I have received from Motorola and Flipkart concerning my Motorola Edge 30 smartphone.

      On [11 sep 2023], I visited your service center to address a serious issue with my Motorola Edge 30, specifically some green line issue on the screen. I was hopeful that your service center would resolve this issue efficiently, given your reputation for quality service. However, my experience has been far from satisfactory.

      To my disappointment, I was informed that in order to initiate the repair process, I would need to provide an invoice for my Motorola Edge 30. I explained to your staff that I had purchased the phone from Flipkart and was unable to download the invoice from their platform. I had made numerous attempts to contact Flipkart's customer support to request the invoice, but they informed me that they are unable to generate invoices for products sold by third-party sellers, and therefore, they could not assist me.

      This situation has left me in a predicament, as I cannot proceed with getting my phone repaired due to the lack of an invoice. As a customer who has invested a significant amount in a Motorola product, I find it extremely frustrating that I am being held responsible for a document I cannot obtain due to circumstances beyond my control.

      I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and urge you to reconsider your policy of requiring an invoice for services. As a responsible consumer, I should not be penalized for a deficiency in your company's processes. I believe that Motorola should have alternative methods of verifying the authenticity and purchase of their products, especially when the customer faces difficulties in obtaining invoices.

      I would appreciate it if you could provide a solution to my problem, such as an alternative way to verify my purchase or a waiver of the invoice requirement for warranty service in my case. My aim is to have my Motorola Edge 30 repaired promptly so that I can continue to use it without the inconvenience caused by the green line issue.

      I expect a swift and satisfactory resolution to this matter, as it reflects the quality of service and customer care associated with the Motorola brand. If my concerns are not addressed promptly, I may have no choice but to escalate this issue throughmand social media, which I hope to avoid.

      I have attached a copy of my purchase receipt from Flipkart, which should serve as proof of my purchase. Please review this document and expedite the repair process for my Motorola Edge 30 without further delay.

          My device Motorola one fusion that is bought from foreign country(Saidi Arabia) so there is no any types of service or accessories available in my country (India).I think this is problem with a better update for my device.

            I bought a Motorola edge 40 phone a month ago, it got charging port issue within a month. I have given the phone to the service center, but I was told that it will be repaired in 7 days.But if the phone is manufacturing defective, I requested to replace it Because the laziness of the company bothered me and giving me a repaired phone. Don't want that phone, replace it and give a new one.

              Considering the timing of the issue and the fact that it occurred immediately after the software update, it is evident that the problem is not a result of any mishandling or damage on my part. This strongly suggests that the update has caused a hardware malfunction in my device.

              I would like to emphasize that my Motorola edge 20 is not currently under warranty. However, given the clear correlation between the update installation and the onset of display issues, I kindly request a free replacement of my smartphone. I believe that the responsibility lies with the company, as the issue occurred directly as a consequence of the software update.

                I am a smartphone user of company Motorola .after the last update my smartphone display is filled with green lines.so i approached the service center due to the unavailability of authorized service center in my area i had travelled 100 km and and approached the the fortune service center Calicut they refused my warranty claim due to some dents in the body which is claimed to be ip68 which appeared due. And they sent the smartphone to the head office in Chennai and said the same.
                i had sent the mail to the service center for the reason for the refusal of warranty. but the reply to the mail is not yet given
                i checked the phone privately with an expert technician, after careful micro scoping he informed that there is no other problem with display
                i bought the phone due to the faith in the company but it seems that my rights have been violated

                  I bought moto G73 5g on 6th july, 2023. While booting i found that phone is not detecting sim card so I complained to flipkart(from where I bought this product) and Moto, but both companies are just escalating the issue and not resolving them. I want to return my device. It's been 6 days, Moto is not even responding to mails and Flipkart is also not helping me.

                                This is to register problem i am facing with Motorola 55-inch QLED tv brough from Flipkart.

                                I have brought Motorola Revou-Q 139 cm QLED Ultra HD tv through flip kart on 23rd July 2022, same got delivered and installation completed on 28th July 2022.

                                From day one, QLED Tv was not working properly, I have faced sound issues, color issue, automatic restarting issue, have made complaint with the brand and service engineers from M/s Jeeves has visited my home, observed the TV, and confirmed the brand that the LED was having the issue. Based their feedback, Flipkart has replaced the tv and the same got installed at my home.

                                Even the replacement TV also having the issues which I have listed below for your reference and the same as was already reported as a complaint with Motorola service team.

                                List of issue with the TV.

                                1. Picture clarity is very worst comparing with other led tv of the same brand.
                                2. Issue in generating the green and red colors
                                3. While watching movie in the tv the colors will automatically get faded and again it will get restored
                                4. While watching any movie, suddenly it will go to home screen.
                                5. Blueish shade in the picture

                                Name of the technicians visited my home from M/s Jeeves.

                                • Mr.Alwarbabu : more than 3 times
                                • Mr.Saratkumar : more than 2 times
                                • Mr. John : 1 time
                                • Senior technician from Bangalore : 1 time

                                I have made multiple complaints with Motorola support[protected] and multiple emails to Motorola support email id

                                Support engineers from M/s Jeeves visited more than 5 times to my home, observed the issues highlighted by me and even acknowledged that issue was there in this tv and tried resolving the same by changing the mother board and even after changing the mother board the issue as not solved, ( Display of this tv is alos having problem)

                                Again, I have made the complaint and this time M/s. Jeeves team visited my home ( 3 weeks before) along with their technical expert from Bangalore, he checked my TV for more than 45 mins, taken couple of videos comparing the picture clarity with my other Motorola LED tv’s and assured me that he will write back to the branch and arrange for a resolution in a week’s time.

                                But there is no revert from him and my complaint is still open, once a week, Jeeves team is closing the existing complaint and reopening a new complaint.

                                I really don’t understand, why should I struggle with the defective model of Motorola, which was bought with my hard-earned money.

                                Since I was not at all satisfied with the product delivered to me requesting you to consider changing with my Qled with any other model of 55 inches Motorola or refund the money I have paid for this tv.

                                I have even shared the video taken by Motorola service engineer team taken by comparing the picture clarity between the QLED with other model of same brand, refer my email complaint reference no Moto[protected]

                                Hope you can be able to understand my concern and the pain in am undergoing since Oct 2022.

                                  I had purchase a Motorola Moto g72 online via Flipkart and it was delivered to me on the 19th of January today that is 11th of February the mobile about a greenline on it and there is no service support around me by Motorola and Flipkart is refusing to replace the device and asking for a denial confirmation from from the Motorola service centre which is not available around me and Motorola is also not supporting please help insolving and replace the device please provide a denial letter or my replacement

                                    I purchased the Moto G 5G phone because to get the 5G network.

                                    Now, they are saying the chipset is not supported to work with Jio. In the below link, they clearly said that this phone will not work with Jio 5G.

                                    Motorola has cheated by saying they have launched the first 5G phone in 2020. And they have also said that it is a Global 5G ready phone.
