[Resolved]  TATA Indicom / Prepaid Mobile — recharge

Dear Sir/Madam,
I furnish here with a copy of email i sent to tatatele services regarding my recharge problem.Dear Sir/Madam,
My cell no is [protected]. On the 7th of august at 11.00a.m. i received an sms which is as follows:
From:TM FESTIVAL
Festival special offer! Enjoy making All calls worth Rs.900 for 60 days to your loved ones + Rs100 Bonus Talktime. Recharge with Rs700! offer till 10th Aug 09. 11.00am 07-AUG-09.
On receiving the above sms and since my validity was ending on the 9th august 09 i recharged on my way back home from mulund at your Airoli office on the night of 8th august at around 8.30pm with Rs700. Today in the morning I could not make call nor receive any call. So, I called up your customer care cell and the answer they gave was my validity has been expired. I tried arguing with them that I had recharged for Rs700 only on the night of 8th august, but they said they cannot do do anything since validity has been expired.

I was shocked to hear the above from Tata Company whom we adore so much from long time. We have a JRD tata Photo in our showcase, we have an Voltas Ac, Our lan Line is again a Tata Indicom and we finally we have a Tata Indigo Car .

From the above SMS since the word ' conditions apply" is missing, anyone will mean that the above offer can be taken up to[protected] and the scheme is applicable for the festive season which is starting on[protected] Janmashtami.

Therefore with the above SMS Tata Indicom has totally misled a dedicated tata customer who has been using the servive since past 6 years . This is tottally not accepatble.

Hence we request you immediately give talk time atleast equivalent to Rs. 700 (forget your offer) with a validity of 60days immeditely or ensure that our above amount is refunded . I request you to activate the above within 24 hrs from now .Otherwise I may not have no option but to address this issue to customer forum/court . Also to ensure that such things do not happen again I will also ensure that the above comes out to media aswell.
I am sure you will consider my request favourably and avoid unwanted and undesired circumstances .

NOW INSPITE OF THE REQUEST AND THE WARNING THEY HAVE NOT EVEN REPLIED TO MY MAIL.. IT IS THEIR MISTAKE AND THEY HAVE TO ACCEPT THE SAME AND IF NOT THE BONUS AMOUNT ATLEAST MY RECHARGE AMOUNT OF RS.700 SHOULD BE GIVEN TO ME TO MY MAIN ACCOUNT.I HOPE YOU WILL APPRCIATE MY PROBLEM AND DO THE NEEDFUL TO ME.

TATA Indicom — Prepaid Mobile Recharge

I have done prepaid mobile recharge to my cell from ICICI net banking on 27.05.2011 as per following details. However the amount Rs. 200 has been debited to my acoount but it is not recharged. I have also not received the refund of that also. Transaction was also successful.

Pl. resolve the matter urgently. The details are as follows.
