TATA Indicom PREPAID MOBILE — Activation of service without my request

Sir, I am Anil Kumar from Chennai, I am using TATA Indicom Prepaid mobile [protected], on 30 jun 2010 evening I received a message from my service provider that "BeautyTips" has been activated on my phone and for that Rs 30 have been deducted from my account, when I call to customer care regarding this matter Mr Sridhar told me that I have send request regarding that, when I asked for request ID he refuse to give then I ask to connect me to any responsible senior person he put me on hold for 20 min and never come back, again I connect to customer care this time the other person attend me and told that that this scheme from their side, so told then why should I charged for that then he said you might got a call regarding "beauty tips" and you should select some option, so I told him to connect to some senior person again he put me on hold and never come back.
so please kindly look into the matter and please save us from the Hitlership of these mobile companies.

tata indicom prepaid mobile — refiilling the account fecility is blocked

from 11/10/2008 recharging or refilling fecility of my tataindicom connection ([protected]) is blocked & speaking with a customer care agent fecility is also blocked. i kindly request to take necessary steps to remove the blocking.

Tata Indicom Prepaid — poor service

Dear Sir,
My name is Devesh Gaur. actually i purchased a new connection from one of the retailer. but after 10 days the call is barred i dont know the reason, even i have submitted my all the documents. Still call is barred. I have already sent the mail to ur customer service but I did'nt get any reponse. I have to make some urgent calls to my clients. Now, i'll not compromise at all. I'll not take it any more. I am going to file the case at Human Rights. Now its 3 days over my no. is still barred. i'll not continue any more. plz refund my money. I'll not want to use your tata indicom no. so, bad & Cheap service. Even i called so many times to customer care executive but they did'nt give any response even they disconnect my call. I also went to nearest Tata outlet but they tol dme that your connection will be unbarred in 72 hrs. But now its more than 72 hrs.
Before barring my no. atleast you had to gave me a call or msg.

Please revert me as soon as you get this mail.

TATA Indicom — Tata Indicom Immoral and Unethical

I bought a tata indicom postpaid connection on 4th april 2009 og Honest 450 Plan . According to the plan as told by indicom dealer All my tata to tata std calls are unlimited free. then I got a welcome call from the tata indicom which mentioned the same thing. But when I got my first bill i was told that only 2000 limited minutes are free for tata to tata std and plan has been changed with effect from 1st april. When i contacted customer care and nodal officer they admiited to mistake and ready to waiver off one time extra charges. but said that from next month only 2000 minutes are free only. I chose tata indicom over reliance and bought two indicom phones due to the unlimited package, now I'm feeling cheated due to this unethical and immoral which is not expected from big name like tata.

tata indicom pre paid — poor service

This is to inform you about the poor service and wrong commitments from your customer service.I am a prepaid user of Tata Indicom few days before I received a call from your customer care regarding recharge of connection and as told by your executive I recharged it by the amount said, but the scheme was some other ad call charges were also deducted more than before. Than I called your customer care to get it resolved but the guy who attended the call(Mr. Vikram Sahi) put the call on hold saying that he will make his senior talk to me but later on he disconnected the call and since after that I am not able to call the customer care my no. is not getting connected to customer care.

TATA Indicom — facility not provide

sir, my complain i have done recharge 699, to teriff tata -to -tata free calling, but company is not provide this facility.my tranjection id is[protected] .time of recharge 23/08/09 time 6 pm.and deller oxy id[protected], my mobile no is [protected] .icomplain customer care and he reply them 23/august nothing any recharge.so sir solve my problame.

TATA Indicom — Incoming call facility not available

Hi,
I've a Tata Walky connection from April'2009. From May onwards incoming call had not come in that phone. I complain so many time to customer care. But till now if any one call the number replies come like : Number is switched off or Not reachable, where the phone is switched on & all network tower is displaying.
The number of that phone is[protected].

Please help me regarding this matter.

Tata indicom mobile services — No response from customer care regarding my complaint

I registered a complaint on Tata indicom website and on 121 also but without resolving the problem complaint has been closed. I was assured 3 times that somebody will contact me regarding my complaint but afte 1 month also nobody contacted yet. I am very sorry to say worst mobile service i ever had. Tata indicom is spoiling the prestige of Tata group.

TATA Indicom — complaint regarding mobile services

This has reference to the our earlier complaint dated 29.03.10 & 2.04.10 regarding mobile services. My mobile no. [protected]. I request to the Tata Indicom Customer Care for no incoming call facility and everytime response out of coverage area available only outgoing facility available. I several time request and reminder to that company but no positive reply of my complaint so I am not satisfy for his sevices so I request you to necessary action for above matter.

TATA Indicom — activation of service without customers request

my mother has been using tata indicom's mobile bearing no. [protected].
on[protected] this mobile no. is charged for Rs.30/- towards activation of voicechat service without our permission. we have never subscribed for such a service. my mother uses mobile simply for making and receiving calls, she doen't know how to check messages.
charging for services for which customer has never subscribed is immoral and unethical. company like tata indicom should feel shy for doing such things.'

Tata indicom mobile services — Fraudulent numbers issued by tata indicom sales officer

There is an issue already concern so many times with tata indicoms mobile services numbers [protected] to [protected] which issued fraudulent on our company name Opaque Capital Managementn in the march, 2009. We have already told this matters so many times to tata indicoms nodal officer but they have not resolved the issue yet.No body giving us the reply from tata indicom. Some police staff comes from the begum pur police station about this matter. We have not uses those no’s since last one or more than one year.But we are receiving unnecessary calls that they are receving adult messages and calls from this number.But when this from tata indicom they said the numbers are dissconnected from more than one year.plz provides us the solution to resolve this issue....

Tata Indicom Prepaid — DISCONNECTION & POOR CUSTOMER CARE

Dear Sir,
From last two years I am carring a TATA INDICOM number [protected] with all necessary documents.When I took the connection it was post paid.After that I converted it to prepaid.The problem starts from that time.A agent from TATA INDICOM again collected all the documents in the month of Dec 2009.A few days back in the month of Nov 2010 I made a call to your customer care executive in your call centre number to get the help regarding DND service activation.That time I came to know that the necessary documents is not submitted by me.I told your executive that a year back i had submitted all the documents to your agent.But I didnt get any satishfactory answere.From 22.11.2010 my connection hads been disconnected with out any notice.I called the customer care center three times.Your customer care executive keep me on hold and discunnect the line two times.I want to ask the concern authorities
1.Why my connectin is being discunnected?
2.If the documents had not been submitted by your agent itself then why I should pay for that?
3.Where are my documents?
4.Why I was not informed that the my mobile number is running with out necessary documents,specially in Mumbai?

5.Since I was a post paid customer with the same number why you are not refering the same document?

and lastly please try to maintain minimum customer care facility for the customer.
I hope that my number will be activeted soon along with the above maintioned issues.

TATA Indicom — DEDUCTION AGAINST VOICE CHAT WITHOUT ANY ACTIVATION

I AM A CUSTOMER OF TATA INDICOM HAVING NO. [protected]. YESTERDAY A DEDUCTION OF RS.30/- AGAINST VOICE CHAT WHICH WAS NOT ACTIVATED BY ME. I HAD CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY SAYS WE CANT HELP/RETURN THE AMOUNT. SO PLEASE HELP ME.
