TATA Indicom PREPAID MOBILE — TATA INDICOM CHEATED CUSTOMERS WITH THEIR DATA PACKS

I used 1X internet with Rs 95 plan for 4.5 GB for 30 days. After sending the necessary sms for activating the plan 4.5 GB was credited to my number for 30 days validity and Rs 95 was deducted from my balance. So far so good. After some usage I sent sms : “DB BAL” to 12524 to see my data balance. The return sms informed me that I have 0 mb to my account!! I became suspicious and called CC. The CC executive informed me that I have no balance of data and you used yours all data balance!! I went on using internet on my computer and every time I enquired about the data balance it gave some nil figures. Moreover I also found that my main account balance is Rs 15 which is ok. After some days the connection snapped suddenly in one data session. I enquired my main account balance and to my horror I found it to be zero. The enquiry of data balance continued to be nil figures without any significant meaning. Once again I called CC and now they told me another chilling story. My main account balance has become - 2700. Yes, minus 2700. !!! And I have to top up with Rs 2700.00 in order to continue using the number. Now my outgoing call is barred. When asked as to how a prepaid balance can become negative by such a huge amount the CC politely told me that I used internet and that made the balance negative. But my data pack was active!! Their system has no answer. But their system sent sms that I am being credited with 4.5 GB data!!!! What sort of a system does Tata CDMA have????

I want to ask some questions to you
my questions are:-
1. How can a balance become negative by such a big amount in prepaid connection??
2. When the balance became zero why was the internet connection not closed for zero balance??
3. On what logic I was allowed to use internet without any intimation that my main balance is being wiped out and it is becoming negative???
4. Why the data was balance sms not working??
5. How can a user know that there is or not any data in his data pack account???
6. If the balance is negative why is it not shown on balance enquiry?? Dialing 15225 is giving main balance as 0.00!!!

I complained online on their website and get a call on my alternative no. and they refunded my balance of Rs 120/- and after that my balance again become nil and customer care executive told that your balance is in negative with Rs 2600/- approx. Even that fell on deaf ears!!!

So this is what Tata CDMA is doing with their customers!! And the authorities in charge are least bothered about how a customer may be cheated!!

Tata Indicom Prepaid — No all data on the web

There are no all the schemes op prepaid on the website.
All the new schemes launched must be on the website.

TATA Indicom PREPAID MOBILE — ACTIVATED POWER PLAN WITHOUT MY CONFIRMATION FOR THAT THEY CHARGE Rs 49

Dear sir,
please help me to get my money back.
ON 16.07.08 3.48pm i got one call from tataindicom company, as soon as i receive that it goes to disconnect i heard hardly lart word . I did't understand what is the message.i was takan as easy beacause most probabley tataindicom company calling and that all are prerecorded .but this time after this phone i got one SMS that say's you "succesfully actived plan enjoy 30 days" for this they charge me Rs 49 . this amount they deduct me without my confirmation . i do not need this plan i want to reward back my money to my account.
i asked to cutomer care they told me it will reward with in 24 hour after 24 hour they asked me to go to tata gallary witch is at dadar. now you say to get 49 Rs i have to spend my time and more money. they deduct my money only on phone without my confirmation.

TATA Indicom — Payment not credited

I would like to state that Tata Indicom has wiped me off with 645/- I paid that bill on 11/02/08 but till date they have not credited my account. The reason they are hiding behind is that they are not able to locate the payment through the reference number I have provided them (the long number on my credit card statement against the payment).

I have contacted ICICI bank for the reference number and they said the reference number is the same as it appears on my statement. Even after numerous complaints to the Customer service and Nodal offlicer there is no positive response from Tata Indicom.

I guess they are still sticking to the roots of indian companies that A CUSTOMER IS FOOL EITHER HE HAS ME OR ONE LIKE ME SERVICE PROVIDER. When TRAI will understand that we are using this no good service because we do not have a better option.

TATA Indicom — Amount not credited to my Mobile

I had recharged my Mobile No. [protected] from Corporation Bank ATM, Pandeshwar Mangalore for Rs.150.00 but till date the amount is not credited to my Mobile.
every time there would be a server problem i.e. no data, server down, or error in software, and sometime waiting for long hours after that we wouldn't be connected to c/care executive through our mobile why is it so

TATA Indicom PREPAID MOBILE — Money deducted, no response from C.Care

My money deducted without using any call, sms and even net. I tried to call the Custemer care people but no use, even they put me on hold ONE AND HALF HOURS. I'm vexed with their services. Pls kindly help me out. I cant pay anything for their further services.

my complain no-bal[protected] done tata service centre noida on dated[protected] till date i have not received my response till dated also deducted my amount rs-180 rupees without any loading song /tata zone service . i surprised that you service very poor and badly men not any attaind complain customer care service my cell no -[protected] has deducted amount also sent message your down loading charge should be deducted aomunt . I got any message in future that service very badly.

TATA Indicom — top up amount not credited

Hi,
I have done the top up of my TATA indicom mobile ([protected]) on 25th Aug around 9:05 PM.
But even though the top up success message came to the shopkeeper, NO amount was credited to my mobile. Several times i have tried contacting the customer care number but no one is listening.
This is seriously not acceptable and some explanation must be there as to why the amount is not being credited in my mobile even after 3 days.
I also have the reference number received by the shopkeeper in his mobile after doing the top up

TATA Indicom — Surprisingly Activating Services Without Any Request or Information

dear sir

it is happening 2nd time with me that Tata Indicom have deducted Rs30 from my balance on the name of HEALTH ON SMS pack today on 26/05/2011 without informing me or without my request.

previously the same thing happened with me on the name of GPRS subscription, that time Tata Indicom deducted Rs94 from my balance on 09/04/2011 & they repeat it again on 11/04/2011 by again deducting Rs94 from my balance.

i got fully frustrated from such a burglar type of service provider, i think i have made a mistake by porting out my no. from Voda to Tata. shame on such a big company.

& all the above mentioned matter happened with me without my consent or my knowledge.

I have registered the complaint many times but no action is taken.Caller tunes are activated(MY PHONE NO [protected]) without my consent and charged.it happens regularly this time i sent the sms to unscribe but still it is not done.will any body will take care.DO NOT YOU THINK IT IS THE CHEAP SERVICE ANY SERVICE PROVIDER HAVE.

I have the same story. Rs 60 gets deducted without my consent. Can u imagine, when I call Cust. Care, they tell me on 21st april 2012, your "listen free music" has been activated from my phone. I asked the agent on phone can you explain how is
it activated without the customer speaking a word, he repeatedly says it as been activated from your phone without
telling me how. He tries to bypass this answer saying sir "aur kuch puchna heye" and argues I am repatedly asking the same

My name is sunny and I too use Tata Indicom no. [protected]. Same thing happened with me too. Now where to complaint and where to go. The main question is how a negative balance of 1300 can go in a prepaid no. This is really disgusting man..
