[Resolved]  Tata Indigo CS — Service disaster at kulathunkal motors

Hi friends,

Previously i read a costumer complaint regards to tata indigo, here am also a un satisfied customer of the TATA INDIGO CS in their after sales service,

Car was delivered in april 22nd and dint have any issues until the first service, and when the odo meter reached 8000KMS the problems started, there was a oil leak from the head of the engine, i went to kulathunkal motors and they have delivered the vehicle without even wiping the oil stains from the previous side and i personally water washed the oil stains and and ran 150kms and again noticed the oil leak after 3 days i went to dump my car in their service center and they fixed the oild leak and they did it well and i was satisfied, but after 300+kms the oil leak showed up again and again iw ent there again they fixed and when teh car was returned i just opened the bonnet and started the engine the oil was coming from the head gaps like a water tap opened slightly again i had to call them and they took the car for the oil seal change and it got up fixed,

This story dint end, after the second service there was a minor scratch which i requested them to paint and they did it well, and when i came back teh front wind shield glass was full of silver spots i think they parked near the painting booth, and almost everywhere the silver paint spots were visible i was angry and went back to them with the car and the service executive rubbed the front glass with some hard paper or so, the silver paints were gone but scratches came and they were not willing to admit their fault and the engine started to give vibration and the the works manager of kulathunkal motors said when they changes the diesel filter this thing will happen and i was quite surprised with his answer and he started yelling at me, i posted a complaint on the toll free number and it was directed to the CSM and i finally got a call from kulathunkal motors they will fix it and when i went there this works manager was still firm no issues in it and i got angry and was going to take the car back and the MD got into scene and when he ehard me yelling to the staff he called the mechanic who was the best guy i ever seen the time i started my engine he said bcos of vibration they have increased th rpm of my car to reduce teh vibation but still a driver could feel it, now im waiting for my car to get it delivered i hope they rectifies teh complaints and ll give it back, and to my surprise when i took the car after the second service when i applied the brakes there was no brakes the pedal was hard but no use in it, car kept on going i went back to servi9ce centre and theys aid brakes doesnt have any issues, but when i checked i was shocked that they have cleaned the right disc brakes and left disc was not even touched and the back left brake pads were still in touch with the drum, i have lost all my hope in kulathunkal motors, still i think they have done something fishy wth my diesel pump bcos till io gave the car for service the car dint have any problem once it came out it started acting differently ... guys dont go for kulathunkal as service wont be that much satisfactory as for a demanding customer, but i agree that the staff there are good, but when i saw some staff looking at me with a helpless hand bcos it wasnt on their reach...
