[Resolved] Tata Motors — delivery status of car | |
I have booked a Indigo manza qudrajet AURA (Monarch Red) from Cargo Motors Pvt ltd Opp Rajpath Club Ahemdabad. I paid the booking amt of Rs 11000 on 27 Feb 2010 and also paid the final price of Rs 537000 to them on 8 march 2010. The dealer told me that the veh will be delivered in 15 days but till date veh has not been delivered and over that now the dealer is telling that i will have to pay the extra money to him as ther has been a price hike by the company after budget, but my veh was booked before budget and that also company news for increase of price came days after the budget. I would request u pl help me in the matter to get my veh as early as possible. Thanking You Was this information helpful? | |

I had booked a Nexon on November 16, but I still didn't receive the delivery. I was earlier told that the car will be delivered by end of December and then extended to 31st January. Now I don't even know the tentative date of delivery. I never even received a single message or email for the booking. Opportunity Id is 1-1UYZ07YP

I too have booked on 26 nov.. still no updates from plants
I have booked for Tata Altroz XZ on 23-01-20. But, even after 2 months, there is no information about approximate date of delivery or current status of my booking. Whenever contacted to Customer Care service of Tata Motors, every time they are advising to contact dealer, but dealer is not in a position to answer any of the queries raised by customer. Customer Care Service is fully a useless organisation for its customers, and for any grievance, ready made answers like "sorry for inconvenience" or "apology for the lapses" only getting without any solution.
Hence I request Tata Motor authorities to devise an arrangement to know the status through online, and send messages to customers for any update starting from booking just like issue of passport after booking.

Till yesterday they told car will be available soon n suddenly they called me n said that car is available bt now they said the prices hiked n we have to pay as per new quotations
Hw it's possible if the announcement made on price hike on 7 may n I have booked on10 March
Now they are forcing to pay as per current quotation
Pls let me know my fault why should I pay more if I m not guilty
I have very much faith on TATA

I had booked a tata tigor xz grey color in my kollam showroom. How I am able to know when I will receive my delivery. Is there any possible way to track it. From showroom I am getting an intimation of 8 weeks which may be a huge time gap. Is there any way I can get the car with in 2 week time
