I AM A PROUD TATA ACE CUSTOMER OF TATA MOTORS (INDIA)

THIS IS TO BRING TO YOUR KIND NOTICE AND ATTENTION THAT MYSELF MR BHAVAGRAHI MISHRA HAD PURCHASED A TATA ACE MAGIC BEARING REGD NO-OR 05 AB 5794 FROM (TRUPTI AUTOMOBILES,MANGULI,CUTTACK IN THE NAME OF MR.KULAMANI TRIPATHY.
EVERSINCE OF MY PURCHASING I USED TO GET ALL THE SERVICES DONE AT THE SAME SOLD DEALERSHIP IN THE RECOMMENDED MANNER OF TATA WAY.
THE PRESENT KILOMETER MY VEHILCE HAS DONE IS 73500KM.
ON DATED 21.05.2010(FRIDAY) ALL OF A SUDDEN THE TIMING BELT OF THE VEHICLE WAS BROKEN LEADING TO A BIG NOISE AND STOPPING THE ENGINE, SUBSEQUENTLY THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE TRUPTI AUTOMOTIVE DELAERSHIP BY MYSELF.
THE VEHICLE WAS RECEIVED BY ONE OF THE SERVICE GUY MR DEEPAK DAS VIDE THE REPAIR ORDER NO-1414.
NO ESTIMATE OF EXPENDITURE AND TIME OF DELIVERY WAS INFORMED TO ME .
FURTHER WITHOUT INFORMING PROPERLY AND CORRECTLY THEY HAVE DISMANTLED THE HEAD UNIT AND INFORMED ME THAT THE HEAD HAS TO BE REPAIRED, I HAVE INSTRUCTED TO GET IT REPAIRED AS I HAD NO OPTION OTHER THAN THAT,
AFTER THE DISMANTLING, I HAD TO ROAM HERE AND THERE TO GET A PART OF THE HEAD WHICH IS NOT MY JOB TO TRACE WHERE THE PART OF THE HEAD LYING?
I HAD TO CARRY THE HEAD UNIT AND GOT IT REPAIRED AT A LOCAL LATHE SHOP REFERRED BY THEM WHICH SHOULD NOT BE A RESPONSIBILITY OF A CUSTOMER.
(IN BOTH THE CASES I WAS MENTALLY HARASSED AND TORTURED AS I AM A LAYMAN ABOUT SUCH TECHNCIAL ISSUES,)
AFTER THE HEAD UNIT REPAIR AND FURTHER MOUNTING ON THE ENGINE THE VEHICLE DID NOT START, THEN THEY CHECKED AND TOLD ME THAT THERE COULD BE A POSSIBILITY OF THE CRANKSHAFT,CONNECTING ROD, BEARINGS. AND PISTON BEND.
SURPRISED TO UNDERSTAND HOW CAN A DEALERSHIP EQUIPPED WITH CERIFIED TECHNCIANS AND WORKING PROCEDURE CAN OVER LOOK THE ABOVE COMPONENTS DURING THE INITIAL PART OF REPAIRING AND DIAGNOSIS?
NOW THEY ALSO FEAR THE ENGINE HAS TO BE REPLACED,
WHY NOT THE SAME WAS INTIMATED TO ME EARLIER?
NO DATE OF DELIVEY AND COST OF EXPENSE TO BE INCURRED IS INFORMED.
HAD IWOULD HAVE BEEN GUIDED AND RESPONDED PROPERLY I WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN FELT HARASSED AND TORTURED.
PLEASE DO AN INVESTIGATION AND CORRECT MY VEHICLE WITH A TROUBLE FREE CONDITION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO AVOID FURTHER DAMAGE TO ME AND MY TIME AND MONEY TOO.
I AM ANTICIPATING A CALL FROM YOU AND REPLY SO THAT I WILL HAVE A ONE MORE TRUST ON TATA WILL PREVAIL.

    LOAN FOR TWO VEICLES WERE FINANCED BY TATA MOTORS FINANCE LTD. UNDER CONTRACT NOS. 40841634 &[protected] RCs - UP77 A8897 & UP77 A8868. THE LOAN WAS TAKEN THROUGH MOTOFAB, CHINHAT, LUCKNOW.

    ALL THE DUES AGAINST THE ABOVE CONTRACTS HAVE BEEN CLEARED FULLY FINALLY.

    WE WROTE LETTERS TO ALL CONCERNED OFFICES FOR ISSUING NOC BUT NO ONE HAS GIVING ANY RESPONSE. WE ARE WANDERING HERE AND THERE TO PROCURE NOCs SINCE A LONG TIME.

    PLZ HELP US FOR PROCUREMENT OF NOCs IN QUESTION.

      I had a horrible experience today at Techno Motors Dwarka. I have done complete payment of my car, the car is with TECHNO MOTORS only, booked in the name of Manish Karnatak.
      I work with The Times Of India - a media company and my job doesn't allow me that much of a free time so I decided to take my car on Sunday (today).
      So my problem in points is as follows:
      1: I was called at 3 pm and was promised that I would get my car bt 4pm.
      2: Credit card machine not working for the last one month in Techno Motors Dwarka. I had to go to their Najafgarh Branch to swipe my card.
      3: It was 5 pm at these guys were still fooling around, saying that I will get my car in another 15 mins.
      4: At 6pm the sales guy told me that the car will take another hour to come.
      5: I met the general manager and he told me that today I won't be getting my car as there are some problems at their workshop. He also said that there's no electricity. ( which is a lie- i know, as they have Gensets and they have to have electrcity throughout the day)
      6: If I had not asked to meet the GM I would have waited for one more hour. And I left the showroom at 6:15. That means waiting for more than 3 hours and no results.
      Techno motors did all their money formalities ( I think their motto was this only) and kept fooling around. I want strict action to be taken against them and want to be duely compensated for this. Tata should not have such kind of dealers as its bad for their reputation only.

        Hi,

        TATA NANO people not giving my money back since 2 months now ...they keep postponing the refund date and say that they arent aware of the refund amount details ... i am attaching the mail i have sent them repeatedly ... they r liars ..

        Again called asking for my cheque details !! I was told by Mr Mahesh that cheque has been despatched and when I asked him when “he says he doesn’t know “? Rubbbbisssshhhh

        I told him that the money was to be NEFT thru the account detail I had already provided almost a month back !!! and he says he has no idea !!!! talk about lying !!!

        He then says to hold on and gets back to me after 4 minutes saying that I again have to call after 4pm so that I can talk to his senior Mr. Prasanna Joshi who is not available ..( harassment again )
        What the hell is going on ha ?? I need my god dam money back …. I have been calling again n again for 2 months now asking for my money and reputedly told to call back ….


        Your own colleague in customer care by the name “rajan” called me 10 days back after saying that I will receive the money last week surely this time and that he apologises for all the harassment I have been put thru and requested me not to go to press …and still the money hasn’t come !!!!!!!

        What the hellllll is going on ??

        It’s been almost 2 months now that despite of my cancellation of the NANO – UIN[protected] that I am yet to receive the cheque . I was told that by 1st week of April I would be getting it and when I called ( thrice already ) I am told that your department doesn’t have details of the refund amount !!!!! what rubbish is this !!!! I am going to sue your company for mental harassment and delay in giving back my money ... I was also told 8 days back that since you’ll cant trace the cheque for the account I need to provide the IFSC code and Bank account details which also I provided and that by latest Monday 3rd May I would be receiving the money directly in the account ...which also has not happened !!!! what the hell is going on !!! now I called on your helpline for the 4th time in these 4 weeks and I am again once told that you’ll are not in the know of the things and that I need to call after 15 mins to speak to someone senior in your department ( when I questioned y I can’t get them on line now I am told by Mr. Mahesh that the seniors are out on break !!!!!!!!! for what break at 12 pm !!! he couldn’t answer )

        I’m fed up of calling again and again and again and with your pooorrrrr level of service provided and rubbish communication method ...is this how u serve your clients !!!!! I’m going to consumer court as my next action and forwarding to the press your service accorded to me ........

        Dear sir,
        I cancelled my tata nano UNI:[protected] cancelation no. FLKXU-42054 on 13/7/2010.i was told dat the money would be refunded widthin the 30 days of cancellation. but i have not received my refunded money till date 17/9/2010.i sincerely pleed the management to look into my complain.and refund my money as soon as possible.
        Please give me reply.

        I have extended warranty it does not cover any thing or serve any purpose.. I have to sell out 5k all time when I take vehicle to repair. Prerana motors are big cheat, they always want the customer to pay the money for everything they do. I had reported Feb 2010, that my suspension making noise and my clutch plate has already been replaced 4 times. Now the vehicle has same problem. My vehicle is still under warranty and the parts will be replaced only under one condition if I do the service from prerana motor. This is harassment, they harass the customer and I am scared going to the service center for any repair. I have left with no option apart from paying 5800/- to get my warranty parts replaced. Even when the car was within warranty, most of my cars parts were replaced. I got a defective car. I had a big dream of buying a car and choose TATA. It has been a nightmare and will never choose to buy TATA or recommend to any and will ensure I will post my experience to all, so that nobody will go through what I have. I am soooo much disappointed with TATA. My concerns are speechless and I am in tears with the product I have got. I have brought this car in loan and with great difficult I am repaying the loan, but this vehicle has been so disappointing. I wish I could meet Rathan Tata and I shall had over my car key to him for free and do not want my car back.

          Tata Motors is one of the most unprofessional organisation i had ever seen in my life. After so many mails and request no one has responded till date. My mother who is 58 yrs old are behind them but those bast.. are not responding reagarding the refund. There is noone where you can escalate the matter its really shame on the part of TATA MOTORS

          The querry regarding the NANO Booking and it's cancellation is given below

          Dear All,
          My name is Maya Gaur and i am 57 yrs old. We heard lot abt Nano and plan to buy Nano as it seems quite reasonable and affordable offer for retired govt employee ( my husband ) but we really feel cheated ..
          We were the few first customer who booked Nano in Allahabad and our Unique Identification Number was[protected]. In march 2010 we received the SMS regarding the delivery of Car but because of some personal problem we thought to cancel our booking in between this we paid 140,000/= payment to TATA Capital against the Booking cheque dated 28.7.2009.
          Kindly respond on the below question -
          1) How much loss do you think that the cust will bear ?
          a) Loss of 3000 against the form also 2999/- against the cancellation and also interest of almost 10 or more month against Rs 140,000/- which were with you from last 10 month. ( Still the amount is not credited in my account )
          When company is charging a penalty of 2999/- against the Cancellation why you people are not paying me the interest against 140,000/- which was utilized by you for 10 or more month
          The behavior of staff ( Tata Finance ) is pathetic they think that we are beggar when we are asking for our own money they don't know how to talk to a 57 yrs old women.
          Tata was one company which we thought had a great face value but our first / last relation became very sour and i will not advise any one to make any relation with this company those who don't care about customer.

          Tata Motors Nano Car — Refund

          I booked Tata Nano car. But during allocation I came to know from Tata Motors regarding delivery time. As per tata, my car may be delivered by Jan 2011. Hence I cancelled my booking. Now almost 45days passed after cacellation. I am calling to tata nano customer care time to time. but everytime I am getting different answers regarding cancellation status. There is no source for the written complaint. I followed all the requirements/ guidelines as provided by Tata Motors. As per their web site, refund payment shall be received with in 30days period. What shall I do in this matter.
          This was not expected from Tata Motors ...Tata app bhi??????????

            This is to bring in to your kind notice that i had purchased one tata sumo grand in the month of aughts 2009 from tata dealer sterling automobile noida.My vehicle no is UP-14AT 9963 IN THE NAME OF JAYANT KUMAR BAHUGUNA.which is purchased for taxi operation and registered under commercial Number.
            Since purchasing of this vehicle i faced lot of problem in the vehicle and reported the matter to sterling automobile.from the day of the purchased i faced following problem with this dealer and my problems are not resolved till date.

            1- when vehicle was delivered to me they have not issued service book and free service coupon to me till today. i had reported this matter to them and tata executive several time and no action was taken every time i serviced my vehicle there i had to fight for service coupons.

            2- from the first month of purchase there was problem in the break disk i reported this to Mr set hi general manager sterling who refused to rectify that drum under warranty and given projected expenses of 25000 to replace the drum. I asked him for the warranty of the parts and he refused that totally by saying this can not be done as your vehicle is Rs=18000 kilo meter land mark.

            3-Again its booster system is not working i had reported this matter to sterling automobiles they again refused to replace that under warranty and given RS-20000 estimate to replace that part.My vehicle was kept by them foe the whole day and it was neither serviced nor the part was replaced and we were advised not to service it till you pay the money without warranty of the vehicle. i again asked for the warranty and they refused to do the same asking that after 45000 k.m we can do that.

            4- Again since second day of the purchase of this vehicle its battery got inflated after repeated visits we got this battery replaced but again after 4 months again battery got inflated and again we requested them to replace our battery and this time again they refused to change it we reported this matter to amron people they refused to do that saying that vehicle alternator is defective we again reported this to sterling they again refused to accept our compliant.

            5-Steling automobile has not refunded my excise as on date despite my repeated reminders to them. i had purchased this vehicle assuming that iam dealing with a reputed company but all my problems were not resolved and iam suffering. i had purchased another sumo grand from srinathji motors ghaziabad and Had got my excise refund Rs 40000 from them.this vehicle was purchased by me in the month of DEC-2009.vehicle no-UP-14BT 1805 IN MY NAME UNDER COMMERCIAL NUMBER.I HAVE GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM AFTER SALES SERVICE. WHY STERLING PEOPLE ARE SPOILING TATA IMAGE IN THE MARKET AND DELIBERATELY DAMAGING YOUR VALUABLE CUSTOMER.

            I am a poor man having this defective vehicle and investing huge money and loosing business daily. my vehicle is running in a call centre and my vehicle is frequently getting breakdowns thereby creating huge losses to me.
            please replace my vehicle immediately or rectify all the defects immediately.I have to purchase new battery from the market to arrest my losses as i need vehicle to run daily in the call centre.My booster problem is very serious as there is breaks break down always and booster is not working .i had contacted all your dealer in Delhi to get it replaces but nobody has got the booster in their inventory.Now any mishapping could take place and i can not ground my vehicle till i get this booster changed.
            I HAD LODGED COMPLAINT IN tata;sTOLL FREE NUMBER BUT FROM THERE ALSO NO

            With reference to the above mentioned subject i have mailed u earlier as well.
            the prblome is that i had a problem with vehicles power stearing, I requested in the agency to get it repaired but refused saying that you have book complaint for two or three times at least.

            But i have only one written complaint in the records, Mr Sharma works Manger of Joshi auto zone Chandigarh gave us no response, because of this problem i had lucky escapes two times.

            you are requested kindly to take up the matter and do a favour for me.

            Tata Motors — no service done in warranty period

            Dear sir,
            we would lik to introduce ourselve 1st that our company name is agrawal cargo movers which is situated in gandhidham (kutch) district Guj..n v r having 260 to 275 vehicles out of which we owned 80% of telco vehicles.. we are registering a complain agaist kandla motars which is situated in Bhachau 35 kms away from gandhidham. Kandla Motars authorised service centre of telco motars is creating lots of problems &is harrasing the customers by not doing service in warranty periods & giving the excuse of non avaliablity of spare parts no mechanics etc...
            our one vehicle no.. Gj12z-9637 which v ve puchased in the monthn of dec & which ve run jus 17500kms & went in kandla motars for service of 18000kms refuse to do the service by giving above reasons.. If this would be the answer by your telco dealer i.e Kandla motars than v are really sorry to say u that we will not purhase any vehicle of telco n would get diverted into other companies.. Secondly we are not only the one customer who is facing this problem from this authorised centre but there are many other customers also..Thirdly we had planned 50 vehicles of telco to purchase til march but we are sry that we wont purchase any vehicle if this would be the result..

            So please take necessary actions & revert back.. Awaiting for your reply

              This is in reference my car Tata Indica Xeta that has been creating problems since I had bought it. The car was purchased on 17th may, 08. When it was given from the first day itself, the car has been creating problems. Th car engine has been changed even though its just two years of its working.

              I had bought the Indica xeta vehicle no HR 26AT2367, chasis no. 600631ASZP14623 from Shrinathji Motors in May 2008. I was offered Rs. 10,000 discount if I purchased 2007 model. In order to save money, I agreed as manufacturing year did not matter as long as it is manufactured by Tata Motors.


              Unfortunately my experience with Shrinathji motors has been a nightmare and as per the details as below, I have been clearly cheated by Tata Motors.


              The car was delivered 2 days after the purchase as was told PDI is not done – for a car whose purchase process was two months long and the entire dealership knew of its delivery date.


              There has been always problem with self - start from the date of purchase, which I had tried to inform the works manager, but this dealer could never sort out this problem. Whenever I had gone to shrinathji motors for service they would only empty the petrol and the check engine light remained on. THIS PROBLEM NEVER GOT SORTED OUT. In meantime I decided to go to Dhingra Motors who sorted out little bit of problems.Their service was far better than srinathji motors.



              During December, the car faced battery problem and it was found that Shrinathji, during the delivery of the car had never given me warranty card. When informed Shrinathji motors turned deaf year to the issue. I then contacted Exide battery who informed us that that warranty has been expired and they cannot help. So I have to purchase new battery worth Rs 5000/-. During these months, self problem continued and Dhingra Motors kept the car for 3-4 days so that they could identify and sort the problem.


              Further the car heated up and would not start. So I had gone to Dhingra Motors who solved my problem as it was within the warranty time. I was told by the dhingra that coolant which was replaced is still in his name as he was not aware of the warranty of the car. The mechanic had to bear the expense as he told me. In this time I was informed that the warranty of car has expired and I had tried to reason him that since I had bought the car during May then it should be valid till 18 months. They informed me that this can be sorted out only with Srinathji motors as they have not updated anything of this sort in the system. Someone also informed that the car was sold to somebody but as there were perennial problem, he returned back to the dealer. The self problem could not be sorted out and dhingra motors told me to contact shrinathji motors.

              The Vehicle to undergo yet another PDI by Tata Motors engineer, If the vehicle is declared problematic by your company, It must be replaced.

              d. It is illegal to sell a new car [despite year of manufacture being older] from a showroom with NO WARRANTY on VEHICLE or BATTERY.


              Recently, the xeta has again created problems. Even though i had consulted Dhingra Motors who siad there was leakage in radiator & gear box problem and i have to borne Rs 14,000 for the repair. I cant afford this. I again had problems when it didnt start with petrol, i refered to Delta automobiles, gurgaon. They said it was due to Injector has been blocked. With two different versions of my car problem, pls tell me what should i do. I am totally confused and i think the solution is that i should return back the car to the tata motors only, when i am bearing a cost of Rs 5000/- every month besides my conveyance cost.

              I think I dont need a car and want to return it back to Tata Mpotors. There has been fault in the car and request you comepensate the reamaining EMI which is left. It is useless for me to have a car and i have to travel by private taxi.


              At your position, you will understand how I am being harassed with all the car problems. You must be aware, for salaried person, this is hard earned money and if one buys brand new car, one expect that it will be free of problems for at least next 10 yrs. You can imagine, what I have been facing when the car is just 2 years old and you can imagine, what problem i will face when it is over 5 yrs old car. I had opted Tata Car as it's a big brand and Tata brand stands for quality, you would definitely not allow customer to think of negative of your brand.

                as per the complaint loged by me i recieved the call from bijjargi motors on 22nd april 2010 regarding the excise duty refund amount sanctioned. i and my sister went bijjargi showroom and we met mr. narasanagi sales he told us that rs 64,500.00 has been santioned to us as excise refund and when we asked him the amount he told that all other four customers along with me the whole cheque has been passed and he has deposited in his dealers account for clearing ,after clearing he will issue the cheque to us but beforehe told to sign the recipt of cash refund format but we told him without recieving the cheque how we can sign the recipt on that he gave me an explaination that first he has to send the signiture verification and recipt of cash refund signed by the customer to the tata company pune for verification but i asked him that the amount has been already santioned why are you making delay but he is giving false promises that he will give cheque on 29th april 2010 but on that day i called him for cheque he told that onwer is not in the showroom so the cheque has not been signed come on monday for recieving the cheque so please sir see that my cheque reaches me as soon as possible waiting for your early reply

                  I purchased a new TATA Indica v2 car (Dec 2016) in "Athirst Auto" Tirunelveli while I plan to buy sales people told that EDR (Excise Duty Refund) amount will be given by them as thrid month due.But still I didn't get any amount from them.Regarding this I raised two complaint against them in "TATA MOTOS CUSTOMER CARE", but that complaint (Complaint No:- [protected]) was closed by them with out my knowledge.So again I raised a new complaint (Complaint No:- [protected]) against "Athirst Auto". Today I spoked with the GM (Mr.Gowrisankar-[protected]), with the help of local RTO he tried to threatening me at first and finally he lied that the EDR amount was given to me along with the offer provided by them. I Want to clear one thing that EDR amount will be claimed after three months of registering the vehicle, so there is no chance for them to provided that amount at the beginning.Please take action against them as they make fool of so many customers as like me.

                    I have purchased DLT Trailor from your esteemed dealer,Popular Mega Motors,Kochi. The Vechile No. is KL-43 B 5121 and Chasis No. MAT41520692N20524. Its real sad to let you know that, when the vechile was purchsed it had bent on either side of the Trailor. I had informed the company and a gentlmen from the company's part had come to inspect my vechile. He assured me that the matter was not much of a concern and he suggested me to go on with my vechile but i am very much worried as this is my first owned vechile and need to run this to earn my living.
                    Respected Sir, to let you know, this vechile is being operated in one of the busiest Port in S.India and to compete in Transporting Feild my vechile should be prompt condition but unfortunately with the bent on either side of my trailor, the trailor itself,the cargo and the humans sitting inside are in great danger. So i am overall worried and its affecting my morale to work
                    The overall look of my vechile is also different from the same model of DLT Trailor which runs in Cochin Port. Most of the Operators is harrasing me by asking wheter this is a Second Model of Present DLT Trailor which is in market.
                    The company has not provided me the Service Book of my Trailor..and i dont know whether you provide that or not and no other valuable informations with regards to the maintenance of my trailor.
                    Please see to my above said matter seriously and do the needful at the earliest. My morale booster depends on the valuable decission you take. I am looking forward for you reply.

                      we have purchased tata indica vista in june 2009, after 2 months of purchasing its engine is giving problem. sanghi brothers indore has operated it , but still we are stuggling with the same problem.as our vehicle is under warranty period we want either to replace the engine or change the car.its 5th time we facd the same problem,due to this we are mentally harassed.they are unable to sort out what is happening in it.
                      engine stops working anytime, last time on a long tour the problem came and we were stucked in the middle forest(outskirts).now carrying this car is a mental headache for us..

                        My Indica Car bearing Registration No. RJ 01 1C 3562 met with an accident on 21st May,2007.The car was sent to above dealer for assesing losses and prepare estimate of repairs.The dealer intimated me over phone that there shall be approx. expanses of about 35,000/,as I was bed-ridden after the accident.Dealer demanded Rs 15,000/ towards making estimate and getting the Car surveyed by the Surveyor of Ins. Co. Without my knowledge the dealer submitted an estimate of Rs 3,78,681.38 to the surveyor on 24th May,2007 and again submitted supplementry estimate for Rs 49,621.97 thus making a total of Rs 4,28,308/ towards the repairs whereas the cost of new Car was approx. Rs3,90,000 at that time.The surveyor in connivance with the dealer fixed Ins. cos liability for Rs 1.40,583.88 thereby the remaining amount for repairs i.e. Rs 1.02,000/was to be borne by me. Neither the dealer nor the surveyor was kind enough to intimate me the above matter and instead of making the case of total loss the surveyor allowed repairs.The surveyor mentioned in his final report"Repairer was advised to call us on dismantling of vehicle,but he did not call us and only after complete repairs,asked for final settlementof claim. on query,he apolosied with letter that he had taken photographs but they gor abolished due to some technical faults in computer."Unaware of all this, I came to know on 31st August,200 that the Car has already been repaired, when Mudgal Motors asked me to lift the vehicle after payinng Rs 2,42,000. Finding a wide gap between the claim entertained by the surveyor and the Bill for repairs, the surveyor was requested to review the case and confirm if the replacements as shown by the repairer were actually required and if yes why the same have not been allowed by him.When I visited Mudgal Motors on 24th Sept.2007 to inspect the Car, it was found that the same was not ready and several parts were either lying open or not fitted. I sent a complaint to Regional Manager,Tata Motors,Jaipur and Tata Motors,Passenger Cars Business Unit,Mumbai on 14th/16th October,2007 but of no avail. In the meantime the surveyor issued another report dt.6.10.2007 and allowed additional claim of Rs 36.209.54 after a lapse of over 3 months of his final report.Despite several requests, the repairer failed to show the actual salvage of parts replaced when the undersigned visited his works on 29th October,2007.However, on 2nd Nov.2007 the repairer sent the Car to my residence with his Sales Manager and Workshop in-charge with request to take delvery after making payment. I found that the defects reprted earlier were still there and the wheels of the car bubbled badly when driven on road. The headlights for which I was charged Rs 3,700/ each were od inferior quality and the battery was also a used one.Dissatisfied with the claim as also the workmanship,I had no option but to approach the Distt. Consumer Court,Ajmer for redressal of my grievance.As justice was denied to me, I was compelled to file a case in State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission,Jaipur.After a long fight, the court issued its order on 21.10.2009 thereby instructing the Ins. Co. to pay the entire Bill amount plus interest @ 9% to me and the dealer was ordered to hand over the Car in good condition after making necessary repairs.It was only on 30th March,2010 that the issue of salvage was settled between Ins. Co. and the repairer.I approached Mudgal Motors to deliver me the Car as per instructions of Court. Mudgal Motors refused to deliver the Car unless I sign written statemnts in their favour that the Car is o.k and I am satisfied with the workmanship.Again while taking delivery of the vehicle it was noticed that once again the Headlights have been replaced with the inferior quality and do not conform as per quality shown in the Bill.The General Manager,intervened and got the same replaced. I was assured that the Car has been vigorously checked and is roadworthy.When taken out of the garage for Road Test, it was found that there was no oil in the Power Steering cup and the steering could have failed ,had the car been in speed on the highway.Despite repeated telphonic requests,the additional keys of Locks replaced have not been provided,overnight parking showed that Engine Oil was leaking ,Horn not working, and electrical wiring loom has not been provided between the switch and the headlights for motorised operation.I have been forced to get the above defects removed from private mechanics as it is very difficult to have faith in a dealer,who is indulged in unfair trade practice with the blessings of 'TATA MOTORS' My requests to Tata Motors to get my Car examined by their experts and declare it Road wothy have proved futile.In the event cited above,I do not have the courage to drive the above vehicle repaired by Mudgal Motors and put the lives of my family members at stake.In case if 'TATA's' do not take any action against their erring and dishonest dealers,I fear the day is not very far when the Tata's slogan 'World Class' will be replaced by'Worst Class'. Through your platform,may I request Mr. Ratan Tata to please look into the whole case and do the needful so that no other customer is cheated by your dealers. It may not be out of place to mention here that if a secret poll is arranged you will find that 100% customers are dissatisfied with your existing dealer at Ajmer but have no option. As both huge expanses and time is requireed to fight legal case in our country,the sufferer do not find enough courage to raise his voice against the corruption and misdeeds of your dealer.

                          Sir, I have repeatedly sent the following complaints all abvailable TATA e-mail IDs but till today I did not receive any responce.
                          Dear Sir,
                          I bought a TATA DICOR Indigo in Oct 2007. Initially I was bit skeptical about buying a DICOR engine since it is new to TATAs. I was convinced by the sales manager saying that the DICOR engine is used in safari mark of vehicles also and was performing well. My Indian spirits woke up and I bought the vehicle.

                          Initially there were some troubles like oil leak , Break valve failure Etc. As a an engineer I thought these were part of bath tub curve and the minor faults would settle in due course of time and I would get a trouble free service at least first 5 years.

                          In the month of Oct I heard some additional noise from the engine. I took the vehicle for inspection at Manipals garage near Hebbal. The mechanic inspected the vehicle and told me that the alternator belt was loose and needs replacement. Since he did not had stock after couple of days I took my car to Prerana Motors garage in Peenya. He inspected the vehicle and did the general check up (He charged Rs 350/- for this of course) and told me that My clutch was bit stiff and did some work on it Although the belt does not need a replacement immediately as precaution he would replace it. I got every thing done up by paying 3500/-Rs. But still noise did not stop in addition oil leak started a couple of days later. Since I did not had the confidence of Prerana I took my car to Hi-Tech in Rajaji nagar Here also people attended to car and told me that the leak was due to casing failure and needs replacement. Agreed got it done by paying Rs.2654/-. In fact he mentioned that the coolant pump bearing likely to give way after some time Immediately next day I went to Mysore for some work. The noise was still persisted so I took car to Urs garage and there he identified that the bearing of coolant pump was the culprit and he found crack in the coolant tank also he replaced both. I paid Rs.1685/- here. Now my car is performing well.

                          My question is

                          why did the mechanics at prerana or manipal did not identified all the faults while they checked a general check up.( All the problems cropped up with in one month time)
                          I think the oil leak was actually the coolant leak due to a crack in the coolant tank.
                          I was charged for changing the coolant pump case.
                          How can a good quality closed bearing fail with in a span of 2 years.
                          I strongly suspect the level of competency of mechanics about this car at the authorized garages.
                          I strongly suspect TATAs have released the Indigo DICOR vehicle without proper evaluation. It is a under developed car released to public. If this is the case then TATAs need to rplace all dicor engines at their cost.
                          I do not know who will compensate for all these problems because of some others mistake or manufacturers problem (Poor quality control during production).
                          I hope you will take appropriate action at the earliest.

I brought a Tata indica vista car in november 26th 2009, the first time i got a problem with the car like it did not even start nor any movement in the car, it just got jammed in february 2nd week. then it was given for service in CONCORDE MOTORS SANATH NAGAR, who kept the vehicle with them for more than 20DAYS and they delivered it. And immediately after 1 week again i got the same problem in kurnool and given it for service on march 13th in kurnool TATA MOTORS, and till now the vehicle is still with them and there is no response form TATA MOTORS. the complaint no. with tata motors is 1-[protected].

                              This has reference to your below reply which is full o[censored]lterior motives and totally misleading to keep higher ups in dark.This is evident from the fact that instead of clarifying the actual reason of delay,you have attempted to defend TATA MOTORS at the cost of the dealer.No where from your below mail it looks that TATA MOTORS has done some extra efforts in order to console the feelings of their esteemed customers rather it is proved that spirits as a whole are angst business ethics.This approach further indicates towards the poor service standards of TATA MOTORS since I am not the customer of your dealer but only and only the customer of TATA MOTORS.

                              The facts of the case as mentioned below are not only manipulated and a repeated version of my original complaint but a dignity and modesty of the customer has also been challenged by alleging such statements as "we feel is an after thought and a means to extract money from the company and cannot be accepted."                               On your concern that the vehicle was not available at the dealership for Test Drive, a senior person from the dealership visited you along with the car and later you booked the car with the dealership on 22nd of Jan by paying Rs 10,000.The car was booked on certain terms and conditions vide email o[censored]ndersigned dt.21/01.COPY ENCLOSED.


                              Being the latest launch the car was not available of the shelf at the dealership and dealership sought some time for the delivery of the car.The car was booked on promised schedule of 10-12 days by their sales executive from the date of booking which falls due on by the end of January-10.


                              The dealership kept you informed on the status and you were informed the chassis no of your car on 9th Feb on which you showed your satisfaction and you requested them to keep you posted on status of transit. I have not shown any satisfaction which is evident from the enclosed mail rather undersigned being the effected party asked them to inform the status being by that time car was delayed by 10 days .


                              The dealership later kept you informed on the transit details on 14th Feb, 16th Feb and 18th Feb on phone which has been acknowledged by you wide your e-mails sent to the dealer. I FEEL YOU HAVE NOT READ THE MAIL CAREFULLY WHICH CATEGORICALLY MENTIONS ABOUT MY FINANCIAL LOSSES BECAUSE OF DELAY.COPY ENCLOSED.SUCH A LONG CORRESPONDENCE ITSELF PROVES THE CONCERN OF THE CUSTOMER'S HARASSMENT LEVEL for which he is not supposed to face and correspond unnecessary.


                              On 19th Feb it was informed to you that there has been an unfortunate incident wherein the Road Permits of the trailer that was transporting your vehicles were lost by the transporter near Gurgaon. As the trailer could not further move without the documents, the vehicle got held up. Transporter had filed an F.I.R in this regard. However, the dealership assured you that they were making efforts to get the car delivered within next one week time.


                              Dealership sought some more time wide email dated 22nd Feb on this assured you that they were working on getting the same resolved.On 22/02,undersigned spoke to you on telephone and showed the complete dissatisfaction about the mechanism of delivery alongwith a assurance to share the whole experience after taking the delivery which too was welcomed at your end.


                              The car was finally delivered to you on 25th Feb and you had taken the delivery of the car to your satisfaction and without any protest. The dealership also provided you the accessories (Seat Covers, Central locking, Foot mats, Mud flaps, Perfume and Divinity) free of cost as a goodwill gesture which was duly accepted by you without any demur. In this regard you had also sent an appreciation letter on 26th Feb to the dealership a copy of which is attached herewith complementing the steps taken by them to ensure to provide the best services to you.
                              -At the time of delivery itself,undersigned asked Mr.V.K.Singh o[censored]rmil motors to adjust the delayed cost in the final payment but he showed his complete inability on the pretext of no fault at their end and asked to claim from TATA MOTORS only. Further at the time of delivery when Mr.Sunny Bhat called me on the mobile of Mr.Sant choudhary o[censored]rmil motors, I showed him my complete dissatisfaction during the call itself.
                              - The dealer has not provided any thing to me out of good will gesture but under a agreement and the deal which was finalized with them at the time of booking vide email dt.21/01,copy

                              - The appreciation letter was given to the dealer about their courteous treatment at the time of delivery and not the TATA MOTORS and can not be encashed by TATA MOTORS at the cost of the dealer.IF YOUR SERVICE LEVELS WOULD HAVE BEEN UP TO THE MARK YOU WOULD HAVE ALSO GOT THE APPRECIATED FEED BACK FROM THE CUSTOMER.Does the appreciation to the dealer entitles you to wash off your hands from the basic liabilities.


                              However after taking delivery on 25th Feb we are surprised to receive the below mail from your side on 27th Feb seeking compensation which we feel is an after thought and a means to extract money from the company and cannot be accepted. The compensation is not a after thought but a actual loss incurred by the under signed due to unethical approach of TATA MOTORS and already amply clarified many times.

                              With deep regrets,I wish to bring in your kind notice about the inordinate delays towards delivery of MANZA car which is not only a breach of trust but a financial loss to the customer with no fault at his end.The whole issue left many question marks on the whole system itself being customer feels himself as victim.This approach further indicates about the slippage by your selecting panel who is appointing such a weak infrastructured management who can not even satisfy the requirement of present market conditions and high ambitions of the customer but serving his own commercial motives at the cost of TATA MOTORS.



                              THIS DELAY has not landed me in trouble mentally but financially too.



                              However I have a personal feeling that looking at the approach of your organization and that too after so many interventions at corporate level,it looks the entire system is being driven with the connivance of your organization.Needless to mention the level of harassment already faced by me.In today's scenario,I personally feel the customer satisfaction should be the utmost priority irrespective of the cost particularly when the customer has wide choices of products available in the market.I firmly believe that seeing this type of approach,generally people are forced to switch over to some other better brand which is not a healthy sign for any organization.If you put your foots into my shoes, you can simply imagine the physiology of a person who even after spending Rs.6 lacs on your product comes back home with a bitter feeling and a heavy heart.



                              During the last 15 days,There were certain personal events in the family but my kids were deprived to have the pleasure of new car which ultimately develops a bitter feeling in their little heart about your company/product due to commercial motives of the appropriate management.



                              I am listing below the eventwise facts of the case which itself are the eye opener for all and not at all acceptable in today's scenario.



                              1 Undersigned alongwith family visited Urmil Motors,Ghaziabad showroom on 10/01and expressed our desire to get the test drive of Manaza Car.The dealer shown his inability to get the test drive on that day on the pretext of one and the other.



                              2 The undersigned took the matter at next level in Urmil Motors vide email dt.15/01,18/01 alongwith a copy to TATA MOTORS.Mr.Sunny Bhat(TSM) Gurgaon intervened in the matter and assured to stop such recurrences in future.



                              3 However ,A senior person Mr.V.K.Singh from Urmil Motors,GZB visited my place and apologized with their mistake being a new dealer in this field alongwith a assurance to improve in this regard and not to repeat such incidents in future.



                              4 Seeing this approach and erasing past regrets,I decided to finalize MANZA car with them.I booked the car with Urmil Motors on 21/01 on certain terms and conditions confirming vide email dt.21/01.The initial delivery promised by their sales executive as 10-12 days from the booking date which looks normal part of process and ideal.



                              5 Since end of January,I was in constant touch with them about the delivery of the car.This is quite evident from the fact that when on 02/02,I spoke to Mr.Sunny Bhatt (TMIL) who also endorsed the version of the dealer but with a assurance to get me the delivery within another 8-10 days due to some production issues at PUNE plant.



                              6 On 09/02,Urmil Motors emailed the undersigned engine/chassis no confirming therein that the car has been billed and dispatched from TATA MOTORS.Copy enclosed.



                              7 Till 19/02,I was kept in abeyance about the delivery of the car on the pretext of one and the other which is evident from the enclosed emails.



                              8 On 20/02,I was informed by the Urmil Motors that now trailer has reached at Gurgaon but form No-38 has been misplaced by the driver,hence the delivery is not possible till the issue is resolved with relevant authorities.



                              9 After so many follow ups and efforts,Finally the car got delivered to me on 25/02 with a satisfied approach of the dealer at the time of delivery.



                              Keeping in view of above facts,I wish to put on record following-



                              All above facts/incidents indicates about the non transparent approach between the dealer,customer and the TATA MOTORS.If the controlling authority himself feels helpless to help the customer than the fait of the customer is always question marked..........................?
                              Latterly it has been discovered that the entire delay was beyond the control of the dealer but with whole hearted support from TATA MOTORS.
                              Trust the logistics selecting panel at TATA MOTORS is fully aware about the current market conditions and the high ambitions of the customers in the present competitive market particularly in a premium segment.
                              In absence of availability of the vehicle undersigned had been continuously facing the heavy expenditure on taxies etc in day to day routine which are to be attributed to the concerned management.
                              During one of my discussions with Mr.Singh o[censored]rmil Motors,I had shown him my interest in order to enroll TATA products at our corporate level but now I have to think twice..........?
                              Since,I have already wasted my valuable time and hard earned money on such efforts,communication and follow ups ,hence forced to claim following costs in this regard which are to be attributed to the appropriate management-


                              1 Cost of Taxi incurred by the undersigned during last 15 days @1000/- per day totaling to Rs.15000/-

                              2 Cost of communication,correspondence,teleconversations etc @ 5000/-

                              3 Cost of mental agony faced by the undersigned with no fault at his end.

                              Trust the above facts will not only help you to take some corrective/preventive actions angst your entire network across the country alongwith a improvement in order to capture good reputation in the market by spreading your product and services which are the ultimate facts of the life.

                              As an customer,I feel if your product and services are at desired levels of the market conditions,the customer has to come back to your company only.

                              Any how,expect a exhaustive response on the subject matter alongwith reimbursement of above claims failing which undersigned would be constrained to refer the matter at next macro level.

                              Tata Motors — DELAY IN CAR DELIVERY

                              Dear Sir,

                              I’ve booked Manza car on 7th December 2009 thru authorized dealer of TATA MOTORS at Vapi (Gujarat). The details are as under.

                              MODEL - INDIGO MANZA AURA ABS SAFIRE (PETROL)
                              COLOUR - BLACK
                              DEALER - RATHOD MOTORS, DAMAN ROAD, CHALA, VAPI, GUJARAT – 396 191
                              BOOKING DATE- 07.12.2009

                              On 19th Jan 2010, again Rs 492607/- has been disbursed to Rathod Motors thru my HDFC Loan account.

                              They have promised me to give the delivery of car within 30 days, but till date (30th Jan 2010) almost 54 days has been lapsed, and they have not delivered me the car.

                              Request to provide help.

                                Hello ! I Ajith Kumar G, purchased a TATA SAFARI 2.2 VTT GX from PRERANA MOTORS Bangalore on the 18th of this month (18/02/2010). I had booked this car paying an advance of Rs. 25000/- on the last week of January 2010.

                                After insisting to have a look at the car that I wanted to buy, the Dealer agreed to take me to the yard where the car was parked. I was shocked to see the car so dirty that nobody would even think about buying it. However the dealer convinced me by telling me that the car would look great after a wash and he would make it look excellent.

                                The car was purposely deliver after it was dark on the 18th (Day before yesterday) at 9:00 PM after having me wait since 5:00 PM. The car reached the delivery area at 8:30 PM and I found that there are bad stains on the car... I did not want to complain at that point as my parents were eager to drive home on the new car and also because they were tired waiting for almost 4 hours for the car to be delivered. I used the car on Friday (19th Feb) to commute to my office which is 6 KMs from my house and returned home at about 8:00 PM. I had not got a chance to have a good look at the car on FRIDAY. Morning on Saturday I wokeup with the eagerness to see my new car and found that there are bubbles on the paint on the bonnet and there is a brush touchup done on the scratches on the side fenders.

                                Other than this below are the faults that I had found in the car after I had a close look at it.
                                1. The rubber beedings of the doors were getting powdered as they were lying exposed to the sun for more than a month.
                                2. The battery had a leakage and the acid from the battery destroyed the metal portion of the battery bay.
                                3. The Silencer was rusted from the place were it is clamped.
                                4. The dash board fitting not in line as it should.
                                5. The cars steering rattled like a old truck while doing 60 KMPH.
                                6. Noise while changing gears at low speeds and the engine was too noisy unlike the other cars with the same engine.
                                7. The side and the rare glasses had salt water stains that will never go off even if cleaned.
                                8. A bulge on the front right door near the lock.
                                9. The interiors of this car is baige colored and they had grease on the inside on visible areas.
                                10. The plastics on the rear of the car and the mono grams has stains which cannot be removed.

                                I strongly suspect that PRERANA Motors and TATA motors together have cheated me by selling a used car or a car that has met with an accident.

                                I have lost all the hopes and interest that I had on TATA vehicles. I want TATA to replace my car with a NEW one or pay the entire money back (Rs. 11,67,000/-) by Monday (22nd Feb 2010).

                                Nobody would expect to see even one of the above listed complaints on your NEW Car… would you ???

                                Request all the car buyers to be very careful buying a car from TATA motors, PRERANA Motors especially.

                                Hi Ajith, Has your problem been solved? I have a similar experience where Dhingra Motors, Gurgaon have sold me a year old Safari which was lying in their yard. This has the old fashioned logo and styling. I realised this when I saw the service manual and it had a inspection date of Feb 2009. So the car has acted as a year old and have all the niggles that one expects from Tata in the first month itself.

                                The sales guys agree when I showed the manual, but what is to be done. Have you taken this up legally?

                                  i am a resident of faridabad havin safari lx no.HR 29 T 9037 and i want to write this complaint about TAYAL MOTORS FARIDABAD the most fraudlent company ever existed . in my last car service they left disel injector screw loose due to which diesel flew in to self and self stopped working and they told me that its due to weak battery and battery is damaged . they repaired my self and charged me 7568/- rs . then i took my car to change my battery at one of the battery dealer and car mechanic at sector 16 ( savitri battery shop) he told me he is the one who had repaired my self and it was just oil seeping in to the self . its a pitty that TAYAL MOTORS dont even have a mechanic they repaired my car outside their primeses and then they lie so much not admitting their fault but also overcharging me 10 times the actual cost..... i think you should cancell these kind of fraud dealers , dealership . TAYAL MOTORS IS A THIEF AND DONT HAVE ANY BUSINESS ETHICS.

                                    i want to inform you that the staff of your office located in Noida is not cooperated & did not issue the NOC after various visits.I really disappointed that the mannerism of those working people, particularly the incharge of that office. they didn’t know how to talk to customer, they are not response well and they shouted us arrogant speach, I asked the incharge of office where I have to meet the manager regarding this problem he told that there was no manager im only the higher official wherever you go u cant get NOC, i'm vry much disatisfied & feeling vry insulted in the behaviour of your Noida office staff members.we are normal people i need the solution please response.

                                      I didn’t want to take a customer complaint to your level. But I seen in news papers u wanted to take TATA MOTORS to a new level where u want to sell “TATA cars” in Europe and U.S. and I thought it will be a great input for you if I can give some inputs on the “part quality level” of your Product. Pls. Note I’m also basically from automotive background and worked for Honda Motorcycles and TVS Suzuki for 10 years in Vendor development.

                                      I was noticing some disturbing noise for more than a month in my car when I started my engine. I taken my vehicle to the dealership. Technicians found that it was a problem due to exhaust leakage. When they analyzed why exhaust leakage was happening, it was due to rusting of the complete exhaust. I taken photographs with my mobile phone and I was shocked to see the exhaust system completely rusted.

                                      My vehicle is covered under extended warranty and I thought I can replace my muffler under extended warranty. I approached the extended warranty division of the dealership and they refused to entertain the extended warranty claim for the muffler telling me that “muffler not covered under extended warranty”

                                      I was surprised to hear this. If a non moving, mechanical part like muffler not covered under extended warranty, why should a customer take extended warranty?. The extended warranty is provided by a third party insurance agency which is getting paid from customer.

                                      “Is the occurrence data of the muffler warranty is so bad that no insurance agency wants to take claim of tata vehicles ???”.

                                      It is a big question mark on product reliability and durability

                                      In fact I checked with other vehicle dealerships and they are covering exhaust system under extended warranty. Is tata’s quality is so bad ? or your sales guys not negotiated deal with the III party agency properly ?

                                      I then written to the dealership and dealership in turn taken up this issue with the regional manager ( Mr. Sunil Reddy) and finally what I’m getting is Rs. 2000 + labour as a goodwill claim.

                                      I’ve to spend 3000 Rs. From my pocket because of the substandard quality of your product

                                      I have some basic questions which I feel u can only answer ( your service people / regional manager not able to answer):

                                      • I have Maruti 800 vehicle. I ‘m using for 6 years . Why exhaust system not rusted even after 6 years for that low end car ?
                                      • Hyderabad is a place where there is no sea breeze also. So no environmental condition for rusting
                                      • If you see except muffler, other parts are not rusted. How is it. ? I know you will be buying this exhaust system from suppliers like JBM / any body…… Can’t u take it up strongly with supplier about this product / process defect ? Why customers are getting Penalized.?
                                      • If you feel that exhaust system of Euro III / IV will have more water clogging, then u should’ve designed a muffler coated either with heat resistant powder coating or a stainless steel parts so that u take care of design faults also.
                                      • My point of view is this unfortunate thing which has happened to me should not happen to other customers.
                                      • I will be needing a good reply from you how u are going to correct your internal process and product so that no other customer is suffering like me
                                      • If you’re not able to take this complaint seriously, I’m very sure that your dream of capturing Europe and U.S. Market will remain as a dream forever and even centuries later also Indian manufacturers will not be able to compete for international quality.

                                      I agree with you totally

                                      infact i've the same problem for my car as well (Indica V2 2001, 34, 000 kilometres only)

                                      by almost 9 years we faced this problem almost 3 to 4 times i believe

                                      Infact i dont think the company will do anything

                                      what is best is to sell the car ASAP and go for some better brand cars

                                      this is a simple, humble request and best idea i believe

                                      there are other problems which are ahead as well..so better

                                      Sir, I have purchase a TATA ACE vide Inv.No-Autstre-R[protected]/16.2.2009 from Automobile Streling Noida. The Tempo send for repair on 15.2.10 vide bill no- R[protected]/02293 dt 17.2.10 and then again send 02.03.10 and recd back on 11.3.10 bill no R[protected] and after 24 hrs the tempo is facing the same problem (heating) and not starting and lying on the roadsite.
                                      Pl advice what to do with the tempo.

                                      Hi all... Even my relatives 99 model indica started rusting at the door frames.. But that s a Chennai registered car.. May be due to the environmental condition...
                                      own TATA Suma Victa of your esteemed company. On April 17, 2011 the car met with an accident and was taken to the JAIKA Motors, Amravati for repair. The details of the the car is:
                                      Registration No: MH31 CM1914

                                      We have been told by the dealer that the car will be ready in 3 weeks time. Now more than 4 months have been passed and still I don't have car with me. I am using hired vehicle and it is costing me huge amount of money.

                                      Therefore I request you to kindly look into this matter and give me relief.

                                        I own a 2008 Model of TATA Indica Dicor - DLG. It has clocked around 27,000 kms.
                                        While driving there was a burning smell within a car & then it stopped & refused to move.
                                        Looking at this problem I've called up Dynamic Motors for support.
                                        They have told that clutch plates got burnt & would need to be replaced. Probable reasons for the same was told as improper use or lack of service, however both the cases are not valid as all the service had been completed in time & also the car is being driven single handedly & with care.
                                        They have explicitly mentioned that it is not covered in warranty.
                                        My understanding is that it has happend due to a manufacturing defect of the machinery & have conveyed them if they do not take it up appropriately, I would raise the concern with Consumer Forum, however that turned out to be least of their botherance.

                                        Looking at all the details ( if need be more information can be provided ), requesting you to guide me how should I go about that.

                                        Tata Motors — clutch problem

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I am the owner of a commercial vehicle (truck 1613 turbo super) whose registration no is OR09E-4329.which is operating in keonjhor district ODISHA state, as a mines area. The vehicle got break down again and again due to clutch & gear problem. I have been taking my vehicle to your two no of service center many times but the problem is not solved. Then the vehicle break down in the way some times & I have been facing many problems, therefore i request you to advice what can I do & refer me to solve this problem.
